We stayed over the weekend Feb 17 2024 Till Monday evening Their service was excellent The gym The pool Free breakfast The rooms were very neat Restroom well kept Cars were safe Room service on time Santiago we are coming back soon with our kids for vacation . Thumbs up

This was my second trip back to Lagos and my host provided lodging here again. The hotel itself is very nice. With the exception of one of the bellhops, the staff is Very apathetic, and some are out and out lazy and incompetent. My room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The Wi-Fi is terrible and pretty much only useable in the lobby. The staff showed no concern at all and just struggled their shoulders and seemed extremely uncaring. The shower head in my bathroom was broken and it took almost two hours to figure out that it was broken, attempt to fix it and then finally take one from another room and install it in my shower. When I finally got around to getting to bed, the light outside the bathroom could not be turned off without pulling the room key out of the socket that controlled all the electricity to the room. The manger seemed to care somewhat but told me the building engineer was not retuning his calls, at 2:00AM...

Good location but the service is poor. The quality of this hotel has gone down. The breakfast was total waste of time. The tea was cold, requsted for scrambled eggs and instead I got a cold omellette. Not worth the price.
