We booked and paid for 4 nights.
We had a double booking on the first day and had to cancel the first day, which was no longer possible but they apparently kept our room free.
When we arrived they gave us a disabled room
The shower was clogged, the sink had rusty water, dark, only one small window
There were cockroaches in the room and it was very horrible and dirty.
The next day we got a different room because we were upset
So out of the 4 nights we paid for we only had 2 halfway clean rooms.
Breakfast was not satisfactory either.

Das Riomar ist ein ordentliches Mittelklassehotel, zentral in der Altstadt und nicht weit bis zum Strand. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Betten bequem, nur das Frühstück ist recht einfallslos. Wenn ich wieder in Lagos bin, werde ich wohl wiederkommen.

Fraco. Muito fraco. Quartos mal insonorizados, pois houve tudo que se passa noutros quartos incluindo conversas. Hotel velho e a necessitar de uma remodelação. Pequeno almoço fraco Estacionamento para esquecer. O único ponto positivo é a localização que fica na zona velha é muito central. Para esquecer.

Not great. Very old hotel, disappointing buffet breakfast. Worst of all the all night drunken revelers all 4 nights we stayed there. Would never stay in the center of Legos again. Earplugs didn't help. Much better places in Portugal to visit like Salema or Porto.
