Sale, vétuste, équipements non existants, jardin non entretenu (gazon brulé par le soleil), piscine sale à côté d'un rond-point très bruyant, propriétaire blasé n'acceptant pas les remarques sur sa location...

L’appartement réservé ne fait pas 50m² mais 35m² Tout est sale : vaisselle, moisissures dans la salle de bain (douche, lavabo), moisissures sur nappe, tapis, literie, canapé… La liste des équipements présentés dans l’annonce est fausse : dans l’appartement pas de four, pas de micro-onde, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de fer à repasser, pas de barbecue, pas de grand lit double… Et les ustensiles d’un autre âge Il n’y a pas de balcon. C’est une entrée sous un escalier en fer La situation géographique : piscine au bord d’un rond point à l’entrée de la ville. Aucun calme Piscine sale. Jardin non entretenu Propriétaire qui rentre dans l’appartement non pour nettoyer mais pour utiliser les toilettes par exemple Propriétaire qui critique les français par rapport à une exploitation des portugais
