Camere pulite e ordinate in luogo tranquillo e curato. Nota negativa mancavano i telecomandi della TV e del climatizzatore. Abbiamo segnalato ma gli addetti alle pulizie giustamente nn hanno potuto risolvere l inconveniente. Piscina piccola ma gradevole senza un ombrellone, la consiglio solo nelle ore pre serali

A hidden gem! We spent 7 nights in Old Town Lagos, what a beautiful place. Historic & vibrant! Five nights were at the Sensations Guest House. Clean, great location (15 minutes walk uphill from the old town), great price point, fabulous Roof Top pool/deck, above average breakfast & excellent staff. The views from the Roof Top Pool area & Breakfast lounge overlooking Old Town Lagos, the Marina & the ocean were spectacular & 2nd to none. ******* rates this Guest House 3+ stars, it’s all of that and more. Having said that, there are a few items that require attention; refresh towels/linens and lawn furniture, a safe/ lock box in each room would be appreciated. The common kitchen & the fridge in each of the rooms is a nice addition, including parking. The Sensation Quest House is close to all amenities, especially when there are backouts. We loved it!

Passing through to the west coast, we had blocked a night in this hotel; given the price, we did not expect anything else; clean room, with air conditioning, in a small garden with a small bathroom but everything was there! The downside is the breakfast during which a priori we are not trusted; it is in the form of a self-service but we are served and it takes time .... it is a shame the hotel itself is about fifteen minutes walk from the center; it goes down to get there but to go back up .... courage! Non-private parking just in front, at the foot of the buildings

Bathroom looks more civilized than the ones we have had thus far with a nice shower. They have a nice facility here with well-kept grounds. At night lights come on automatically as you enter, a very nice feature. The bedroom is a nice size (room 8) with a king bed and nice pillows. There was a refrigerator, but no safe. No light over the desk for working on your computer in the evening. Limited plugs available for electronics. No luggage racks provided so suitcases had to be opened on the floor. They should give you two of these. They provided us with a wine opener, but no wine glasses or even cups and water. Why bother with the opener? They do serve a very nice breakfast in the morning, included you’re your room charge. The facility is located on top of the hill quite a ways from downtown.

Schönes kleines Gästehaus mit liebevoll eingerichteten Zimmern. Der Top-Roof Pool auf dem Nachbarhaus darf mitgenutzt werden. Im Garten gibt es 2 super bequeme Hängematten. Unser Lieblingsplatz. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Altstadt und Strand. Super schöner Urlaub! Portugal und Lagos ein Traum

Very nice, quiet, & quaint place to stay. Friendly staff. Pretty outdoor garden areas to sit & relax. Beautiful view from the rooftop seating area. Very good breakfast.

The bed is super comfortable, the hot breakfast is delightful, and the room is beautiful.
Upon booking, they send an email with details which state check in ends at midnight. I arrived a little after 11PM due to a delayed flight and train. NO ONE WAS THERE! I spent an hour outside making noises and trying to get in! Some person was chatting with me attempting no help except when I reached out to ******* to cancel. All of a sudden they can answer my messages yet still did not say how to get inside, and NO ONE came to my rescue except a guest who came outside to smoke. The key is like a screwdriver and it must be placed in the door a certain way to work. Never in my life had I seen such a key, and the whoever chatting with me NEVER MENTIONED how to use the thing. The smoker did. The next morning at breakfast, the older lady was coughing and not covering her mouth around the food all the while you could hear the phlegm in her cough. Disgusting.
Would I stay again? Yes, as long as I make sure my plane and train arrive on time and I do not purchase breakfast with them.
