This was the perfect place for our short trip to Lagos! Check in was quick and easy and communication through WhatsApp was efficient. Beautiful, clean apartment with a gorgeous view of the ocean. The kitchen was tidy and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable and clean. Air conditioning was very cold and worked quickly. Great location with mini mart and restaurants just steps away. Beaches and marina were within walking distance as well, but the hotel also has bikes available to use if you’d like to check out places further away. Honestly an unbeatable value and we were very sad to leave. Highly recommend if you want a relaxed spot in Lagos!

We are a family of three and stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. While there was a sofa bed, it wasn’t very comfortable for either of us. Traveling with teenagers, we found that the one-bedroom layout didn’t provide quite enough space or privacy. We mentioned this to the reception, but unfortunately no solution was available during our stay. We had also hoped for a nicer view. Across from our apartment, there were some older buildings with cluttered balconies and the smell from the nearby Indian restaurant was noticeable at times. That said, we appreciated aspects of our stay: the cleanliness, the friendliness, of the staff and location. For our family, however, the Salty Lodge may not be the ideal choice in the future.

Great space for my family of 3. Nice to have a travel crib, high chair, and baby bathtub available. Location is nice right in the middle of all the action. Food recommendations and map was helpful. Wish there was DIY laundry in the building! Crucial to have in the summer! The cost for the laundry service offered seemed expensive.

A well-appointed flat in the heart of Lagos! Modern, clean, and good air conditioning. It is more an AirBnB-hotel hybrid. Staff and amenities are on site when you need them. Got great recommendations for beaches, restaurants, and spas. Would stay here again.

Our stay at the Salty lodge was absolutely fantastic. We were lucky enough to have a room with a balcony and gorgeous ocean view, but even with this we still enjoyed using the rooftop each evening for a predinner drink. Our apartment was incredibly well equipped, even for cooking, and the access to basics such as oil and balsamic etc was such a help. Guests also have access to bikes and beach equipment. The staff were all really helpful and communication was amazing with lots of recommendations that we tried and were really happy with too. Air conditioning worked so well, we stayed during the heat wave and were totally comfortable. We truly hope to be able to stay at this beautiful place again one day .

The place was amazing and the view was spectacular, the welcoming from Joana was lovely and all the tips for restaurants and places to eat was great! They had really thought about everything that you could need or borrow, from beach things to a fullt stocked kitchen.

Super Unterkunft, extrem freundliches Personal, Kommunikation top, sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit, rooftop Terrasse wirklich cool, super zentrale Lage in der Altstadt, unzählige Restaurants nebenan, wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten!

The perfect stay at Lagos! Totally recommend it, clean and modern, with perfect location to the town and marina and close to most attractions. Walkable distance to beach ~7 minutes. Great hosts (a special thank you for Joana), kind, very helpful. Would come back for sure! Best experience ever!
