A special thank you to the kind lady staff member who patiently and enthusiastically assisted me with storing my luggage, booking a shuttle bus, and even disposing of a suitcase. I didn't even catch her name, but her kindness made my Okinawa trip a truly heartwarming experience.

The hotel's ambiance and location both exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, and it even had a comfortable balcony. My daughter was thrilled; she'd sit there every day, daydreaming and listening to music. I originally thought three nights here might be a bit long, but now I feel like I could stay even longer. I'd definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The hotel offers a convenient direct shuttle bus to Naha Airport that can be booked a day in advance. Fantastic!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel La'Gent Stay Sapporo — everything was simply perfect. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was a highlight — a great variety of delicious options, both local and Western, that truly start your day right. And most importantly, the service was exceptional — friendly, helpful staff who made the stay feel welcoming and seamless.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Sapporo. I’ll definitely come back again!

Hotel was quite far off from Universal Studios Entrance. We had to walk to the train station and it was one stop away. The redeeming thing is that hotel had a coin washing machine. They were also well equipped with bathroom supplies free for guests to take. It’s still a good choice if u r on a leaner budget as compared to other hotels closer to USJ. Outside the hotel there is a convenience store.
