They appeared to be going through some renovations, so cleanliness outside and in the hallway was a bit of an issue, however, the room was clean. There was no food available, because of the renovations.

the service is great, the rooms are great and restaurants are in close proximity to the hotel which I find very beneficial and easy for me to move around, the staff he was very nice and answered all my questions I had😊😊

I try not to be too critical on these reviews, so I will start with the good stuff. The staff were pleasant and courteous. The renovated bathroom was really nice, with a very unique shower. On to the bad. There was dirt in the corners of the room, the bedspread had holes and stains on it, and there was no elevator - not a problem for us, but could be for some people.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!!!! everything was broke front desk people are rude as ever, charged me multiple times for absolutely nothing. room was flat out disgusting, stains all over everything, walls, bed sheets, faucet for the shower fell off during the shower, brown crap stains all over the towels, rusty razor blades found in the cabinet old moldy food found behind the fridge, bag of puke/crap was just sitting in the hallway for the 12 hours i stayed there, it was so disgusting we left in the middle of the night and went across the street to the holiday inn. Manager wont refund me my money for the random charges that was taken out of my account. we have filed a formal complaint with choice corporation hopefully this nasty hotel gets shut down for good. Don't even waste your time at this hotel there is a lot better options in the Lafayette area.
