ทางโรงแรมควรให้การบริการสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องพักอย่างครบถ้วน เช่น น้ำดื่ม เข้าไปห้องพัก ตู้เย็นว่างเปล่าไม่มีอะไรให้ทานเลย ต้องโทรมาแจ้งทางศูนย์บริการของโรงแรม  พนักงานเกิดความล่าช้า ต้องรอเวลาเป็นพักกว่าจะได้ขึ้นห้อง  วันเช็คเอาท์ออกจากโรงแรมพนักงานบอกว่ามีค่ามาม่าและค่าน้ำอัดลม ซึ่งทางเราเป็นคนจัดซื้อมาจากร้านสะดวกซื้อเอง ทางโรงแรมไม่มีอะไรให้ทานเลยในตู้เย็นแต่กลับจะมาคิดตังค์เรา ปล.ยังดีที่มีชุดอาหารเช้ามาให้หนึ่งวัน ซึ่งเป็นค่าน้ำใจเปลี่ยนห้องพักให้
