1. The hotel checked out at 10 am, but I didn't remind you when I checked in. I went to the toilet and took a shower after breakfast, and the waiter knocked on my door three times to urge me to check out. I kept saying that someone in the room was waiting for a while, but he kept knocking.
2. The hotel facilities are at the level of a motel, and the price is really expensive and not worth it.
3. The breakfast is unpalatable. The hotel has only one restaurant, and there are few choices. The menu is also small, and the price is higher than that of a five-star hotel.
4. The tap water is very dirty, and I forgot to take a photo at the time. The kettle for boiling water is also very dirty.
5. The surrounding area is inconvenient, there are no restaurants or convenience stores.

Room 25 have mosquitos, there's no water in the bathroom sink and shower from 2:30pm till after 5pm we weren't informed when we checked in. No taxi excess beyond the main gate we had to carry our all our bags from the main gate to the room

The staff and security guards were very friendly and hospitable. Housekeeping checked on us if we needed anything and provided extra's. Thank you so much Huon Gulf and I will definitely see you again when I'm next home in Lae, PNG!😊

Nice hotel but missing breakfast
I reserved the room for my two PNG church friends who went to Lae on business. They were told the room came with only one breakfast, even though I selected and paid for the breakfast option and clearly indicated two people were staying in the room. I'm disappointed they had to pay at the hotel for an additional breakfast.
