I came here because I missed a flight. The area is so quiet and a few strides away from the sea where I had a lovely swim. It’s not cheap but you are paying for the location. The rooms are lovely and the staff are kind and attentive. However, I stood waiting for dinner and I was ignored. I was repeatedly asked if I was alone. They took time finding a table for me because the tables seated more than 1. I left it and went to a restaurant by the beach.

意大利罷工和修路，跟酒店電話溝通他説可以晚於十點入住。説有人給你開門。開了半天車到酒店門口摁門鈴，明明有人在二樓晃悠，前台就是故意不開門，也不知道是不是種族歧視，被困了很久也無人搭理。酒店外面的路又黑又可怕，還有**和流浪漢在走，鑒於意大利這個糟糕的治安，非常不建議中國人到這個酒店來。這個酒店也非常不合理，居然不是24小時前台，出點什麼事客人都無法解決。幸虧攜程客服幫助維權

這家酒店靠近羅馬海邊，離機場較近，也有獨立的游泳池。早餐很好，設施齊全，服務不錯。尤其是早上在海邊可以觀看沖浪、滑板等運動。適合自駕的朋友。

I have been lately a guest, with my husband, for one week (June 2025), of the resort “Riva di Palo” of Ladispoli. The experience in that hotel-resort – it was the first time for us – has been very positive. The location – a little apart from Ladispoli center, in a very quiet area – the good service, the privacy and the quietness of the place and of the surrounding and also the ample space available, the immediate access to the beach, the extraordinary high quality of the restaurant conducted by the chef Antonio Magliulo, the rich breakfast prepared also with some fresh local product, the efficiency and courtesy of the personnel, are the valuable elements that in this moment come to my mind. I had the opportunity to know Andrea Alabiso, that with the chef Magliulo, and also with the help of Giorgio Alabiso, his brother, manage and oversee the hotel resort, and I was impressed by the human and professional quality of this outstanding individuals. The location is amazing, a 5 minute walk to grocery stores and restaurants.
The rooms are clean, the beach is perfect.
If you decide to eat at the on-site restaurant, Anna you will not be disappointed.
The food was outstanding, the customer service was impeccable. If i could have stayed longer I would have.
My family was stranded because of the airline strike and the front desk staff did everything in their power to help and accommodate us during this difficult time.
I would recommend this resort to everyone.
10 stars is not enough for this resort.

We stayed in Riva di Palo Resort after our cruise. We would like to stay close to Rome. Resort is Excellent, clean, child friendly, quiet, very friendly and kind staff.
We enjoyed every second of our stay.
Anna, the restaurant in the hotel is extraordinary too.
We will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Such a welcoming place. Staff were fantastic upon arrival and throughout.
Room exactly as advertised, perfect.
Restaurants, private beach, beach bar and pool all outstanding.
A beautiful resort, within walking distance of Ladispoli centre and only 30 minutes or so away from Roma.
Highly recommended.

We stayed at Riva Di Palo for one night before the end of our Italian holiday and wish we would have arranged to spend more time here. The property is beautiful and well-kept, especially the beach area which is maintained by a staff of lifeguards. The rooms are bright, fresh, and adequately cooled with individual AC units. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, and the on-site restaurant serves delicious meals. We did not venture out into the Ladispoli area and can’t say much about the neighborhood, but the resort property itself is very safe. Bring your own beach towel to use unless you want to rent one from the reception desk for 5€.
