We had a wonderful experience staying there. Especially their hospitality is awesome. To be specific their restaurant manager MR.Sonam and their chef Mr.Asip personally attended us and made sure our requests are fulfilled. I really appreciate their effort to keep guests comfortable and happy I would definitely recommend to everyone

I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, I encountered a few issues that significantly impacted my experience. First and foremost, I was disappointed with the lack of responsiveness when I tried to reach room service. I called multiple times throughout the night, hoping to order some basic refreshments, but there was no response. This was frustrating, especially given that we were at a hill station and the weather was quite chilly. Additionally, I was surprised to find that tea or coffee was not available before 7 AM. As a guest in a remote hill station, I expected more flexibility with essential services, especially considering the colder temperatures in the mornings. While the location of the hotel was beautiful, and the overall ambiance was nice, these service-related issues were quite inconvenient. I hope you take these concerns seriously and work on improving the availability of basic services like room service and early morning refreshments for future guests. Thank you for your attention, and I hope my feedback helps enhance the experience for others.

The incharge Sonam’s service and support is really great and impressed us.The hygienic really good. Team Passange, Ronit,Shradha, Mandi’s, Rayan,Rajib, Animesh and Sandeep are good and impressive . The reelection support on any queries are great.

Good hotel with clean and big rooms. Restaurant team appeared new but eager and enthusiastic. However, experienced members like Sonam and Ronit were especially good: very attentive and extremely professional. Passang at the Front Office was also very supportive. Housekeeping does have improvement opportunities. Example: for the bigger rooms with additional bed, the single small blower provided is woefully inadequate and it was only after multiple discussions we were able to get a bigger heater. All in all a good experience as this appears to be a new hotel with these issues likely to settle down with time.

Our stay was good, staff was very cooperative food was very good.Sonam Subba and all team very good. Rooms are big, bathroom big n clean.Overall experience was very good. Me n my family enjoyed a lot, They provided us pack breakfast and they were very helpful for every cause

The hotel is very good and welcoming. Our room was big and tastefully done. The food and service was very good. It would be good if they can provide options to hang clothes as people usually have to carry lot of winterwear to Lachung. This would make it neater and organized.
