Staff was courteous. Location is nice and on the way to zero point. Rooms are clean but relatively smaller and sufficient for couples, for families with kids it might be challenging.

Beautiful location with an amazing balcony view. Clean rooms, courteous staff and delicious food especially local cuisine presented by chef Kanchan bhai who cooked our meals with great care . Guests should preserve the tranquil atmosphere without being a nuisance late at night and disturbing other guests in the adjoining room. Hotel should set some rules.

The hotel is okay and the staff is very nice and helpful. But the cleanliness really needs to upgrade. Heaters are charged extra which is fine but electricity wasn’t there for one whole night. The hotel did not charge for that night so that was a consideration. Food was okay and served hot. Overall it’s an okay stay for lachung as the place is mainly only for tourists. Also carry sound proof sleeping earplugs as the other tourists in the hotel can really be loud at night.

Really impressive room, location, food.

The hotel is situated at a prime location situated between a waterfall and teesta river. You can see mt kata and other ranges from the room. The pacifying sound of teesra river at night makes you fall in love with the place. Special mention to the food which makes you feel like having food at home. Very tasty and very hygienic. The staff kamlesh and kamini da are very cooperating and will support you in every thick and thin.

For management- hotel needs to be upgraded, very simple amenities like intercom, menu card, bathroom kits should be provided. Hotel staffs behavior and services were excellent.
