Extremely Happy with the hospitality and the stay provided by the Staffs of Le Coxy Resort. The Staffs were really helpful and up to the mark. The Cleanliness were spot on, Food were in limited numbers but very delicious.would visit again. Shout out to Ashish and Rohit for being very helpful.

We enjoyed staying here,stayed for 2 nights.Hotel is located in the main area of city .Rooms are clean and spacious with all basic amenities.Mr. Ashish(manager) and other hotel staff is so helpful and polite.Our overall experience in this hotel is very good.

At the afoordable price point, the rooms provided and amenities were too good. Did not expect much at such an extreme location. The rooms, view and the food made for it all, and specially the cordial staff behaviour reflective of Sikkimese hospitality was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommended for the value of money.

This hotel is very comfortable for families and all ,the show capped is viewed from the window of this hotel. this hotel is not an expensive as compared to other hotels. The quality of food are very good everything are possible in the hotel. The staff are well kind and helpful the best hotel to stay .

The property location is really nice and all the good resorts are nearby. You can walk nearby. If you get a room with views and it's a really nice property

I had a nice stay at Le Coxy. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and attentive. Food was good. They will arrange vegetarian food. Better to convey or block the bed warmers or room heaters while booking the room.

We had family stay here for 2 night ..for 8 Amazing hospitality and greeting service by Mr Ashish (Manager )
Mr Ashish goes out of his way to satisfy his customer whether is food , stay , travel related information.
Happy faces and perfect stay is what this resort provides. Bit of changes are required in the restaurant staff when it comes to managing dinner and breakfast as less staff is there and as they try to fulfill everyone's demand inspite of having fix menu ..so I suggest when breakfast and dinner is already in the plan then y is management going so much out of the way to serve them so many items extra ..( just because they want happy faces ) but this needs to be controlled by them.
Chef is excellent and he specially made food for my 5 years old daughter inspite of having so much rush.
We had awesome stay and feel of being at home with perfect rooms and ambience and very hygiene.

Super deluxe room with sticky floor, no intercom, tv not operational, broken tumbler, leaking basin, no shampoo or conditioner provided, dirty linens for extra mattress. No food item from menu available except tea, coffee, pakoda if ordered between meals. Room door lock opens/locks with such difficulty. No one available at reception most of time and when we returned from excursion, to our surprise our room key was on the receipt ion desk unattended. Unsupportive staff (we requested if we bring noodles from outside for the child who had vomit-ted and was very hungry, can they cook it for us and received straight no. Worst experience of this hotel in our sikkim tour. I wonder why they call it super deluxe room.
