The rooms were big and size. Room heater was available. Food was homely and tasty. All in one a great stay👍🏻

Good room, hotel is new and food was excellent however there were power issues and geyser was not working

Spacious room. Winter blankets provided. Polite and friendly staff.
However, room cleanliness was not upto the mark - Bed linen was dirty, bathroom was not cleaned properly.

Our stay at this hotel had a terrible experience. There was no room service, intercom. Unfurnished room. For dinner we had to come down. My wife has a knee problem and she had to come for dinner. We requested them to serve the food in the room for my wife but they refused. The attitude of the staffs are rude. There are many points to mention. Moreover i am astonished how mmt suggest such type of worst hotel with so much price. Next time i have to think to book hotels through you. I have also booked hotel at pelling. I am in a dillema whether i will go to that hotel. Very bad experience. Hope my next hotel experience at pelling will be better.

Room was spacious but tv, geyser and kettle were not working. Although they fixed the geyser and replaced the kettle, they said tv services are not there at the moment. Linens were dirty. The food was good but costly. Heater was available at extra charge. I will recommend to check other places at lachung as well.
