This location is really showing its age,
The air conditioner produces loud noise to an extend that affects sleep.
We also experienced power outage in the morning, that affected providing anything hot.

Poor maintenance. The toilet didn’t work. It almost overflowed, would not stop running, and there is a lot of black mold inside the tank. The bath spigot is loose from the wall. The granite bathroom vanity was recently painted over with sparkly glop to hide a crack. The glop was sloppily splashed all over the walls. It’s a mess. The crack is now highlighted, not hidden. There is brown deposit all around the under-counter bathroom sink. There used to be apples and oranges 24/7 in a bowl in the lobby. No more. This place has seriously gone downhill.

Was on a 12 day family vacation with my two dogs. Hotel rooms fairly new renovations, excellent HVAC - not always case at some hotels. Good housekeeping service. Nice walk area for dogs. Breakfast area very clean and nice modern feel.

Nice location just off I-5 but not too much noise. Loads of free parking which was good to see. Room was nice and clean, as was the bathroom. Not exactly modern but was comfortable and pleasant for the 1 night we stayed. Breakfast was a lot better than I was expecting so well done for that. The staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast done too early. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Never informed of maid service policy so no new towels without asking. Nice enough but not at all luxury

The hotel room was dirty and not well kept. There were clientele loitering around the property and did not feel safe. After checking in and seeing the room, we requested to check out. They still charged us for the night even though we didn’t stay.

Convenient location off i-5. Friendly staff. Free parking. Breakfast, wi-fi etc and reasonable room rate. But based on my room no. 300, lot of disturbance through walls, at night you hear every movement. Next room guests came in around 12.30 mid night and we couldn't sleep for rest of the night.
