온수 수영장이 사계절 운영되는 연식 있는 호텔.
조식이 괜찮았고, 방 바닥이 따뜻해서 습하지 않았다. 다만 소음이 많이 나서 잘 때 귀마개를 착용해야 했다.

We think that the hotel is not bad, but not great either. First thing to note is the hotel’s location is quite far (20min) from main terminal, BUT has a bus stop right in front. Secondly, hotel is already very old, and guests mainly are older gentlemen and ladies. Pool facilities which were advertised as 38C were mostly 30-36 at best. The hot tub hard carried our stay. Since the island is quite expensive in general now, a visit to this place do give it some thought.

Sono stata in questo magnifico hotel. Il personale molto garbato, disponibile, camerieri, signore addette al riordino delle stanze, alla reception. La location mozzafiato, da lassù si gode di un paesaggio strepitoso. Luogo pulitissimo curato, cibo delizioso. Consigliato.

L'hotel Terme S. Lorenzo si trova incastonato tra collina e mare, nella meravigliosa cornice di Lacco Ameno. Punti di forza sono le piscine , la vista sul mare e la gentilezza del personale mai affettata e sempre autentica e genuina. I miei complimenti alla reception e allo staff del ristorante sempre presente e mai invadente. Molto buona anche la cucina.

L’Hotel San Lorenzo di Ischia è una conferma ogni volta che si torna. Si distingue per l’accoglienza calorosa e attenta, che mette subito l’ospite a proprio agio. Il personale, dalla reception alla sala fino agli addetti ai piani, è sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, con una cura costante verso le esigenze dei clienti. Uno dei grandi punti di forza dell’hotel è senza dubbio la cucina, che propone piatti della tradizione locale preparati con cura e passione. Alla guida c’è un giovane chef molto promettente, che riesce a dare un tocco moderno pur restando fedele ai sapori autentici del territorio. Ogni pasto è un’esperienza che valorizza la cultura gastronomica dell’isola. Molto apprezzate anche le serate con intrattenimento musicale, sempre ben organizzate e piacevoli, che contribuiscono a creare un’atmosfera rilassata e coinvolgente. La struttura si presenta sempre curata e ben conservata, con ambienti accoglienti e diversi spazi dedicati al benessere, tra cui più piscine ben tenute che offrono momenti di vero relax. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente adeguato a quanto l’hotel offre, sia in termini di servizi che di attenzione al cliente. Il San Lorenzo resta una certezza a Ischia: per chi cerca comfort, buona cucina e ospitalità autentica, è davvero una scelta da consigliare senza esitazioni.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean it would have been even better if there was a kettle in the room! The pools were excellent loved the different thermal pools on site, and the jacuzzi at the of the outdoor pool was so relaxing, would definitely come back again!

È la terza volta che torno in questo hotel,curato ed immerso in un giardino lussureggiante.Dotato di piscine termali interne ed esterne,molto panoramiche.Parcheggio interno,si deposita la macchina e comincia il riposo assoluto.Si dorme bene,le stanze sono silenziose e si mangia bene,con buffet di verdure per tutti i gusti ,pizza,fritti ,ecc ed ogni sera un menù a scelta.Il personale è tutto professionale ed attento,dalla reception,alla sala,alle cameriere.Sono tutti accomodanti e se possono venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente lo fanno,il che non è scontato.C è un servizio navetta per il paese e la spiaggia.Il panorama è una cartolina.Consigliatissimo.Io sono appena rientrato,ma tornerò di sicuro a rigenerarmi
