온수 수영장이 사계절 운영되는 연식 있는 호텔.
조식이 괜찮았고, 방 바닥이 따뜻해서 습하지 않았다. 다만 소음이 많이 나서 잘 때 귀마개를 착용해야 했다.

We think that the hotel is not bad, but not great either. First thing to note is the hotel’s location is quite far (20min) from main terminal, BUT has a bus stop right in front. Secondly, hotel is already very old, and guests mainly are older gentlemen and ladies. Pool facilities which were advertised as 38C were mostly 30-36 at best. The hot tub hard carried our stay. Since the island is quite expensive in general now, a visit to this place do give it some thought.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean it would have been even better if there was a kettle in the room! The pools were excellent loved the different thermal pools on site, and the jacuzzi at the of the outdoor pool was so relaxing, would definitely come back again!

È la terza volta che torno in questo hotel,curato ed immerso in un giardino lussureggiante.Dotato di piscine termali interne ed esterne,molto panoramiche.Parcheggio interno,si deposita la macchina e comincia il riposo assoluto.Si dorme bene,le stanze sono silenziose e si mangia bene,con buffet di verdure per tutti i gusti ,pizza,fritti ,ecc ed ogni sera un menù a scelta.Il personale è tutto professionale ed attento,dalla reception,alla sala,alle cameriere.Sono tutti accomodanti e se possono venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente lo fanno,il che non è scontato.C è un servizio navetta per il paese e la spiaggia.Il panorama è una cartolina.Consigliatissimo.Io sono appena rientrato,ma tornerò di sicuro a rigenerarmi

A wonderful stay at Albergo Terme San Lorenzo After 40 years of visiting Ischia, this hotel offered me a fresh and truly memorable experience. The location is excellent – within walking distance of charming Lacco Ameno and just 10 minutes from Negombo, with a convenient shuttle service available. The large 30-meter outdoor pool is a thermal pool and beautifully warm. The indoor thermal pools are equally relaxing and well-maintained. Dinner exceeded expectations, and the view is simply unforgettable. Many thanks to the team for the warm hospitality and a truly enjoyable stay!

Albergo con ottima posizione. Ma Stanze piccole e da ristrutturare. Ristorazione non soddisfacente e cosa particolarmente fastidiosa le terme senza nessun controllo, bambini che giocano a palla strillando e tuffi a bomba. Non tornerò

Accoglienza alla reception da parte della direzione veramente surreale! Hanno sbagliato assegnazione camera e hanno risolto il problema in maniera approssimativa e scortese, quasi come se la colpa fosse nostra. Piscina esterna con acqua quasi fredda e quelle più piccole vetuste e con possibilità di accesso limitata perché, senza alcuna vigilanza e controllo, sempre occupate da altri clienti per ore. Unica cosa che li salva il panorama spettacolare dell'isola, che non è certo merito loro, e la gentilezza del personale di sala, sempre disponibili e accoglienti. Cibo nella media, camera più piccola rispetto alle dimensioni pubblicizzate sul sito e molto diversa da quella che avevamo prenotato. Solo per i prezzi un 4 stelle! Non credo che ci ritorneremo.
