In the shower I found a hat. (I attached the photo) The outside window always closed. The limited collection. There was no trash to leave the towel after the pool. Only location I liked, very quiet.

Ottimo albergo di lacco ameno. Un vero 4 stelle dotato di un discreto parco termale con diverse piscine, bagno turco, sauna , area attrezzata palestra ed area trattamenti.Due ristoranti interni uno dei quali serve anche una discreta pizza.Piccolo bar nel parco dove si può anche mangiare qualcosa di semplice.Colazione buona e variegata, meno sul salato.Assistenza attenta al cliente. Cambio di asciugamani continuo anche per le piscine e attenzione alle richieste degli ospiti da parte di tutto il personale. Posti macchina gratuiti .Silenzioso e tranquillo. Sicuramente più adatto ad una clientela adulta.Si affaccia su piazza s. Restituita di lacco ameno e naturalmente offre anche navetta per porto. Un po’ piccole le stanze standard ma comunque attrezzate forse conviene scegliere una tipologia intermedia.Belli ed ampi i saloni interni con banco bar.Comincerei a pensare a piccoli ammodernamenti per mantenere il buon livello che ha.Non ha spiaggia asservita ma dista pochi passi dalle spiagge di lacco ameno. Prezzi, tutto sommato direi invitanti per il buon livello di 4 stelle.

È sempre un posto meraviglioso, indimenticabile. Superlativi coloro che lavorano all'accoglienza dei clienti (reception), estremamente professionale e cortese il personale di sala, bravissimi coloro che gestiscono il piano bar serale. Solo un piccolo appunto: la zona piscine, molto bella, purtroppo è caratterizzata da posti occupati con gli asciugamani senza gli ospiti, che possono arrivare anche a mattinata inoltrata, impedendo a chi arriva presto di godere delle piscine. Su questo non c'è alcun controllo. Purtroppo avendolo segnalato, non è stato fatto nulla. Questo lede l'immagine di un resort di ottimo livello.

Wonderful setting in a quiet village. The sea is just around the corner with two different beaches within easy walking distance. The hotel's own thermal park is great with 6 different pools, two of them indoors. They are set in a beautiful garden with great views of Mt Epomeo. The rooms are very clean. Charming decor reminiscent of the high era of tourism in Ischia. Great food and staff. Would come back any time.

Perfect in every aspect! This is my favourite place to relax and unwind. The hotel is luxurious with classic Italian decor, very close to the town of Lacco Ameno and the 7 thermal pools are wonderful. Our room was perfect - spacious, comfortable and well equipped, plus it even had a sea view. The staff are top class! A special mention to Raffaele who made our stay extra special - he made us feel so welcome, special and well looked after. He always remembered our favourite drinks, and took a real interest - such a lovely, kind and professional man! We’re planning to return again next summer!

L’hotel si trova in zona ztl, circondata da negozi, bar e ristoranti. A pochi passi dal mare. Le piscine termali e quella di mare sono immersi in un parco tranquillo molto ben curato, con lettini comodi con asciugamani cambiati quotidianamente. Buona colazione e piatti sfiziosi a pranzo a bordo piscina. La stanza, non grande ma con un piacevole balconcino affacciato sul parco, ha un unico difetto: l’aria condizionata rumorosa. Per finire vorrei dire che si ha la sensazione che tutto il personale abbia un unico obiettivo rendere felice l’ospite e ci riesce benissimo.

Sono appena tornata a casa e giá penso a quando potervi tornare! Parco termale stupendo (penso nessun altro albergo di Ischia possa competere), personale cordiale e di alta professionalitá,camere dall’arredamento curato, prima colazione super e cucina qualitativamente di grande livello. Ringrazio tutto lo staff perché ho trascorso dieci giorni meravigliosi!
