Atmosfera d’altri tempi fine anni 50, servizio accurato e all’altezza della categoria con tanti servizi a disposizione e personale attento. Molto belli gli ambienti comuni e la camera con balconcino affacciato sul mare. Purtroppo il bagno avrebbe bisogno di un ammodernamento nella rubinetteria e nella doccia non certo da 5 stelle lusso. Ottima prima colazione con grande scelta e qualità.

Eine tolle Erfahrung! Entspricht voll und ganz einem Traumurlaub. Schade, dass es über die lange Winterzeit schließt, denn es kann uns ausgehungerten Nordländern die langen und kalten Winter versüßen. Aufmerksames Personal, das bemüht war uns jeglichen Wunsch von den Lippen abzulesen, deren Mehrsprachigkeit unser mangelhaftes Italienisch ausglich, ausgewählteSpeisen zu allen Tageszeiten, weißes Leinen auf Tischen und Betten, das täglich gewechselt wurde und ein wachsamer Bademeister, der aufpasste, das kein Sonnenstrahl die schlafenden Gäste am Pool traf und ständig den Sonnenschirm ein wenig verrückte, wenn man dies wünschte.

Soggiorno eccezionale! Questo e' la nostra seconda visita e ci ripromettiamo di tornare ancora... Comodissima camera, spaziosa, silenziosa, con vista giardino. Prima colazione superlativa. Piscina acqua mare riscaldata: una meraviglia! Massaggi, fanghi, tutto quello che si potrebbe immaginare di più.

I’ve traveled a lot and spent time in 5 stars hotels around Europe, but the service at Regina Isabella was something else. It was amazing before and during our stay! From housekeeping to the reception. And really must point out the hotel manager – he is the man! So polite, professional, polite, and nice. He gave us the best service ever and made our stay a really great experience. I hope to go back some day!

Sono stata alle terme del Hotel da esterna ,sono di Ischia e da anni faccio le cure termali ,fango e bagno ,e quest anno ho provato le terme del Regina Isabella ,Mi sono trovata non bene ,benissimo ,in quanto a pulizia ,gentilezza accoglienza in tutto perfetto ,Debora la ragazza che applica i fanghi è meravigliosa ti fa sentire coccolata ed è professionale come anche gli altri operatori,le ragazze della segreteria sempre Gent.li è disponibili soprattutto Marianna sempre con un sorriso pronto . È stata un esperienza positiva nel complesso oltre al beneficio che ne ho derivato dalle terapie 🙂🙂🙂😃😃

location meravigliosa Struttura sdraiata sul mare dii una bellezza antica ,ricca di fascino ,storia, glamour , gestita in modo eccellente ,fatto di professionalità, simpatia e gentilezza in ogni momento fin dall’accoglienza al porto ,e in ogni luogo, dalla camera alle piscine ,dalla reception( Raffaele, gentilissimo,efficientissimo,sembra uscito da un classico film americano ) al ristorante Dolcevita con il personale tutto di una simpatia e attenzioni continue e travolgenti. This was a lovely old hotel and wonderful stay . Although the hotel is older and it was impeccably cared for and felt so idyllic. The service was amazing. We were greeted by the manager upon arriving and everyone was so friendly. We had originally booked four nights in Naples, but did not like the crowds, and felt it to be dirty. So we left most of our luggage in our Naples hotel and booked one night at the Regina Isabella. We took the ferry that morning ,arrived early to have lunch by the pool, and after we checked out the next day , we were able to return to the pool to relax until we returned later that afternoon. Our dinner was amazing in the restaurant by the water, and after we loved having drinks listening to the jazz band. My only critique would be I wish the sheets and bed were softer but the feather pillows were perfect despite I would definitely stay here again

Hotel Regina Isabella è un luogo incantevole, con uno staff cordiale e professionale. La direzione e i manager sono davvero attenti a ogni dettaglio per garantire un soggiorno perfetto. Vorrei sottolineare l'eccellente lavoro della SPA. Il massaggio che ho ricevuto è stato fantastico. Il massaggiatore (Ciro) mi ha aiutato a rilassarmi e alleviare la tensione. Consiglio questa esperienza a chiunque cerchi benessere e tranquillità. Grazie!

Albergo con una posizione perfetta! Esperienza culinaria da Indaco meravigliosa. L’unico difetto che andrebbero fatti dei lavori di strutturazione ma ci tornerei anche domani per la bellezza del posto e soprattutto la cordialità del personale !
