Beautiful location with a gorgeous view of the lake. Quick check-in. The heater though is so old and makes a loud noise, hard to sleep with that.

Nous ne sommes restés qu’une nuit mais ça vaut bien la peine d’y rester au moins un long week-end. Chambre au deuxième étage côté pair, vue sur lac, propre. Seul bémol : le bruit que faisait la climatisation. Au restaurant, la cuisine est plutôt raffinée. Joli panorama, petites piscines intérieure et extérieure, plusieurs jacuzzis, spa (non essayé). Sports nautiques, et un mini golf. Idéal pour la famille, mais pas pour petits budgets.

Aucun service au resto. Après 2vh d attente... ne recommande pas du tout . Oublié au resto. . Jamais servi adéquatement . Je vais vous en mettre caractère mais je crois que ce que j ai dit ci haut devrait compléter vos exigences. Pour l’hôtel : Aucun peignoir de disponible, j’ai dû me présenter à 2 reprises pour avoir un peignoir (qui est inclus) et nous attendions après cela pour aller au spa. Nous avons perdus 1h30 à attendre dans la chambre pour un peignoir. Aucune serviette de piscine de disponible. On est allée au spa à 3 reprises pendant notre séjour et les 3 fois on s’est fait répondre qu’il n’y avait pas de serviette. On s’est débrouillé avec de petite serviette de bain. Avoir su que le service de literie était médiocre comme ça, on aurait apporté nos choses. Chambre peu insonorisé, on entendait les enfants crier et courir dans le passage. On entendait les gens au-dessus marcher. Le robinet coulait sans cesse. Quelques réparations sont à faire. Pour le restaurant : Service déplorable. Ça a pris 3h se faire servir l’entrée et le repas principal. Pour le dessert, nous l’avons demandé en Take-out car nous étions tannés d’être assis au restaurant. Nous devions sans cesse accoster la serveuse pour avoir de l’eau car elle ne venait jamais à notre table. Nous avions pris une bouteille de vin, mais après 2h30 d’attente lorsque le repas est arrivé, il n’y avait plus de vin. Aucun digestif nous a été proposé en guise d’attente. La plus mauvaise expérience de restaurant que nous avons vécue. Vraiment décevant ! Bref, prenez vous un Take-out à l’extérieur et manger le dans votre chambre, vous serez plus satisfaits.

Excellent séjour. Tout est en place pour relaxer. Un peu bruyant dans les passages avec la musique d’ambiance un peu forte et en fait, pas necesssire.

Nous avons été très satisfaite, nous pensons revenir pour cet été et avoir accès à toute les activités extérieures. Pendant notre nuit à cet hôtel, nos voisins de chambre faisaient énormément de bruit , il étais rendu 23h00... je suis aller à la réception et ont pris cette situation en main, ils étaient compréhensif vu que j'avais deux jeunes enfants avec moi.... très satisfaite de leurs services. Le déjeuner le lendemain étais excellent!
