Normally, I enjoy going to the Bistro at auberge West Brome, for dinner. The January first brunch, however, was expensive and poor quality. Much of the food looked like it had been sitting out and was cold. The eggs, especially, were tired. Servers nice but we treated some friends and I was embarrassed by the poor quality of the food. Total cost was over 335. Really disappointing. I wrote to the hotel and they didn’t even answer me, even though I have been a regular customer for well over a decade.

Un endroit à choisir hors de tout doute
L'emplacement, la grandeur de la chambre et du balcon, la vue, le site, la propreté des lieux, la courtoisie du personnel tant à l'accueil qu'au restaurant a été sans faille. Nous étions sur place que pour deux jours mais la prochaine fois ce sera pour une semaine au moins afin de profiter encore plus de vos services et installations. Vous êtes à 110% un endroit recommandable. Bravo et longue vie à votre établissement.

Excellent staff and food
Reception and Restaurant staff were excellent. The servers were very knowledgeable and made sure they satisfied our need for gluten free breakfasts and supper. Food was well presented and delicious.
Accomodations were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen, e.g. electric stove, could use some updating, but everything worked perfectly well. We enjoyed the large veranda and quiet setting. I enjoyed the gym, pool and sauna.

Un désastre…chambre piètre qualité pour une suite..meuble défraîchit.. aucun service a la chambre.. mauvaise odeur.. Animaux non permis selon eux pourtant accepté sur certains sites.. Et le pire… des trappes pour les fourmis à côté du lit….
