HAVEN OF SERENITY in the middle of nature! Breathtaking view, clean simple bungalows, very rich breakfast, friendly and efficient personnel. A plus is the shuttle service from/to airport and Labuan Bajo. Nice pool, comfortable sun-beds, rich gardens with lots of butterflies.

After an intensive couple of weeks on holiday in the region, we were looking for comfortable accommodation to relax and plan our ongoing travels in Flores. We stayed in one of the villas for three nights and enjoyed the spacious accommodation, gardens, and pool. As others have mentioned, the local drop-off/collection service provided by Melky was a great extra touch. Additionally, the staff also recommended a driver/guide for our onward travels, which was incredibly helpful. It’s these thoughtful extras that we really appreciated.

Highly recommended! The location is a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the town, it’s quiet and has the most beautiful views, a very well cared for garden, pool, very nice and helpful staff members and truly feels like a small paradise! This was the second time we stayed at Villa Domanik and we would definitely come back again. They offer a free shuttle to town and back which is very convenient as other taxi drivers do not know the place very well and it does take about 10-15min to drive to Labuan Bajo’s main street. The breakfasts are very delicious as well with various options you can choose from, fresh fruitplatters and juices, and if you would like to eat there in the evening, you can tell them in advance and they cook a delicious dinner.

Prachtig gelegen, mooie tuin, zwembad niet schoon. echter kamer niet schoon bij aankomst ……..Franse eigenaar is onbeleefd en brutaal. Heeft weliswaar kamer daarna laten schoonmaken maar nog steeds niet schoon. Personeel niet attent, in de zin niet service gericht . Had bultjes op een rij op been en arm. Bleken bedwantsen!!!! Eigenaar reageert arrogant en ontkennend ondanks foto die ik hem zond dus waardeloos. Kijk uit !

Very friendly staff. They helped us with all the activities, booked our tours to pirate island and Komodo park. They also gave excellent suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. They have free shuttle to the city anytime we needed. The breakfast is really good and the view amazing !

We had an absolutely terrible experience at this villa. The rooms were absolutely filthy and the hotel staff refused to clean it. There was dirt in the bed and we literally had a cigarette but in our shower. The pool is so dirty that I didn’t dare get in. It looks like it’s never drained and cleaned… lots of algae. And the owner and manager are super rude. It was a horrible and off putting experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

**** warning **** The taxi driver that took us to Villa Domanik from the airport, who is friends with the owner of Villa Domanik, robbed my husband and I! Beware! He is a very dangerous man. I have attached his photo. In addition, let me tell you about how awful Villa Domanik is*** These photos speak a thousand words. Don’t skip the bad reviews on this place! Just look at the cigarette butt in my shower… They didn’t want to clean our room for us, even though there were dead bugs, dust, dirt, and white crusties on and in the bedding. When we asked for it to be cleaned, we were told “no”. When we asked if they didn’t want us to stay, we were told that we should leave. They want your money but don’t respect you enough to clean it for you. The pool was disgusting and murky, don’t swim in it unless you want an infection. Also, the guy that drives shuttle and manages gave us a fake number.. same guy we dealt with the bed. Just lies through his teeth. And the owner was there and did nothing to compensate us or help us solve the issue… so we had to leave at 10:00 pm to find another accommodation. I would avoid this place like the plague. It is not worth the asking price. For a bit more you can stay at a nice hotel with great service and standards.

Complesso di bungalow in zona collinare e del tutto distante dal caos di labuan bajo ma offrono navetta gratuita per i tuoi tour compreso transfert da e per areoporto quindi non è necessario noleggiare scooter o chiamare taxi. Stanze curate pulite e dotate dei confort necessari( bollitore/cassaforte/zanzariere/aria condizionata) Sala lounge dove viene servita colazione molto suggestiva e stessa colazione ottima e con prodotti freschi. Piscina a sfioro con ottima vista, pulita e rilassante. Personale stra disponibile e gentilissimo, ci hanno ordinato la cena, fornito teli piscina, organizzato navetta, suggerito tour con agenzie locali Favolosa presenza di piante tropicali e fauna locale (pipistrelli/gechi/farfalle/banani/papaya) Davvero suggestivo il risuono delle preghiere mattutine e serali che risuonano dalle moschee in lontananza. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno, se potrò tornare a Flores prenoterò sicuramente qui, mi è rimasto nel cuore, COMPLIMENTI VERAMENTE DI CUORE

Quelle bonne intuition d'avoir réservé à la villa Domanik ! D'abord on vient nous chercher à l'aéroport, chauffeur (qui est l'associé /manager du domaine) très sympathique. Accueil par la patronne (Française, ce qui pour nous est évidemment très confortable) très intéressante et là, on découvre une vue tout simplement idyllique : vue sur mer, collines, piscine, TOUT y est ! Place à la villa, dans un domaine tout aussi somptueux, très moderne et en même temps hors du temps, salle de bain sublime, lits très confortables, clim OK, un distributeur d'eau potable, impeccable. A côté de cela, tout le personnel était nickel, et propose de nous conduire en ville gratuitement. On a eu également un chauffeur pour une journée (moyennant paiement également) mais vu qu'il était de la famille du domaine, on était en totale confiance. Les petits points un peu moins bien mais qui ne valent clairement pas de retirer une etoile : - la maison n'est pas du tout hermétique (c'est un parti pris de construction) donc beaucoup de gekkos qui font du bruit pendant la nuit et les moustiques ont un accès facile... - le domaine n'y est pour rien mais les fêtes aux alentours font pas mal de bruit, rompant un peu le charme de l'endroit par moments. A recommander ? Oh que oui !
