Wir buchten eine 4.5 Zimmer Wohnung und waren enttäuscht von der Einrichtung und dem Grundriss. Bis zu 8 Gästen sollte das Appartement beherbergen können. Es gab jedoch nur einen winzigen Kühlschrank. Bei der Garderobe gab es keine Ablage oder Haken für Outdoorkleidung. Man hätte alles direkt im Schrank versorgen sollen. Ebenso die Skihelme. Weder im Badezimmer noch in der Dusche gab es einen Handtuchradiator. Auch hat uns niemand gesagt, dass das eine Zimmer mit dem Stockbett nur über das Elternschlafzimmer erreichbar ist. Dies ist eine Fehlplanung das wäre sicher auch anders möglich gewesen. Ebenfalls mussten wir am Anreisetag über 1.5 Stunden auf unser Appartement warten. Auf der Homepage steht 16 Uhr. Bei uns wurde es fast 18 Uhr. Positiv erwähnen möchten wir die Freundlichkeit des Personals und auch die Lage ist optimal. Alles in allem sind wir nicht sicher ob wir das Peaks Place wieder wählen würden.

Great hotel in beautiful location
This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in. The receptionist (blonde lady) spoke perfect English and was very helpful and friendly. The pool was open all day to 9pm, with a special child friendly time from 5-7 which my child adored, and it was very clean and modern. We parked in the garage underneath the hotel (for a fee) which you need your room card to gain access. This was safe and secure. Breakfast was from 8am until 10am and had a good range of items available. However please be warned that Switzerland in general is extremely expensive, for everything, compared to the uk. The hotel is easy to find and has a fuel station/shop over the road for essentials, but again, be warned about the prices!!! You might need a mortgage to do your shop in this country!

We had a very nice two night visit at this hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, suggesting various hikes and restaurants in the area. With the Guest card we could take public transport in Flims/Laax for free and got sizeable discounts for entry fees, for example at the Caumasee. We didn‘t eat at the hotel restaurant but did take advantage of the Coop Pronto for breakfast items and easy dinners. The rooms are quite well-equipped for cooking. Our room was clean and quiet, in spite of the proximity to the traffic circle. Wellness is clean, well-organized and hss s varied offering. The only negative was the weird mattresses in the sauna rest area instead of the usual reclining chairs. When we arrived there was a couple embracing on one of the mattresses, and we felt uncomfortable going in. Can highly recommend this property.

- Elternschlafzimmer- Lampe vor dem Schrank fehlt, man sieht nicht, was im Schrank liegt.
- spa Bereich ist mega,5 Sterne, aber
A) Kinder in der Grotte unbegleitet sind sehr störend, da sie toben und schreien - sollte eingeschränkt werden auf nur mit Begleitung, ..
B) Wechsel Sauna Handtuch zu teuer
- Tiefgarage als Hotelgast zu teuer, zumal es keine Alternative gibt.
- checkout Zeit zu früh in Verbindung mit spätem 16 Uhr check in.

All was good except we found some broken glass on the floor which a friend's 3 year old daughter managed to put in her mouth thinking it was snow/ice.
Pool area very nice, good hot tub area.
View was of a car park and petrol station rather than mountains as described but COOP was handy for food, as very well stocked.

Overall excellent experience during our stay in this place. The apartment was super clean, spacious, silent and well equipped. The staff was lovely, always helping, had prepared my prerequisites for my special diet. We could leave the car in the parking the last day and enjoy the full day of ski. The shuttle service runs so often, this is perfect.
