Fue un placer alojarnos allí. La ubicación es genial para subir a Sierra Nevada y visitar Granada .El trato personal de 10. Jorge es una persona muy atenta y servicial, siempre pendiente del bienestar del cliente. Totalmente recomendable sin duda.

Nos hicieron fácil la llegada, la habitación era amplia y todo estaba muy limpio. De cortesía al llegar nos dejaron unos botellines de agua, que se agradece, la verdad. Fuimos en viaje exprés y repetiremos el año que viene. Recomiendo preguntar por horario de desayuno, porque la sala es muy pequeña.

Far from everything. Limited shops around. Communication with the staff was bad. Hot water went out late at night. Check in was hard. Better instructions are needed. Communication was all done via WhatsApp. Place is clean but the lack of staff killed it.

We arrived at the hotel in the evening, there were no lights on inside or out. We did not have internet so had not received the message on how to get in the building.It cost me a very long phone call to Jorge in Santander. There was no receptionist nor a security man. There was no central heating. No spare blanket. Granada is very cold especially when there is snow on the mountain. We should have been warned that this was not a conventional hotel.

The property is well maintained. There’s a bar and restaurant inside the gated hotel. The food is good. The room is comfortable and has AC. My only issue with the property is hearing the noise from the restaurant and bar area during lunch and dinner hours and I could hear the room beside me when they were talking and other guests who were out in the hallway if I didn't have the TV or AC on and the window doors closed.

Estupendo hotel. Inmejorable calidad/precio. Lleno de detalles que hacen la estancia fácil y amable. Atención permanente, facilitando cualquier cuestión, llegada, necesidades, etc.. Entorno bonito y tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Un sitio para repetir y disfrutar.
