Abbiamo soggiornato la settimana di ferragosto in questo residence suggerito da amici che già erano stati qui Appartamento nuovo, cucina funzionale con stoviglie adeguate, bagno grande, letto comodissimo Pulizia eccellente, con ripasso 2 volte a settimana e cambio biancheria da bagno 1 volta a settimana Noi abbiamo viaggiato in coppia con un cane ed eravamo al piano terra con giardino comune con gli altri appartamenti Posizione ottima Thomas gentilissimo A presto

The accommodation was fantastic - clean with new amenities. The staff were really friendly. I got stranded in the mountains due to an injury and the receptionist helped me out. It was incredibly kind. Great location, highly recommend!!!!

Residence perfetto con camere spaziose, pulizia impeccabile, stoviglie adeguate, posizione magnifica, posto auto interno, prezzi giusti. E come se non bastasse si trova accanto ad una panetteria/pasticceria eccellente. Si è dimostrata una soluzione ideale per stare in Alta Badia.

Stayed 7 nights in a studio flat on the 2nd floor called “ Valun Pic Ander “. New structure, very clean with every comfort available. The apartments are functional and enjoy a fabulous view of the Dolomites of La Villa. Convenient internal parking with supermarket and bakery a few meters away. Availability and friendliness of the owner Thomas really kind and prepared. We can only speak highly of this place and can't wait to be back. Thank you Les Contrades!

Very nice and comfortable 45m2 apartment. All new and well cared for. Cleaning ok, with review 2 times a week. Functional kitchen. The supermarket is also convenient, practically in front of the Residence near the center and to get to the slopes there is a comfortable private ski bus: one stop and you arrive at the gran risa or the gardenaccia. We will definitely be back.

Appartamento molto ben arredato e curato e dotato di ogni comfort, collegato al deposito ski/scarponi ed al garage coperto. Il residence offre il servizio di skibus con fermata di fronte al portone ed in due minuti si raggiungono le piste. In cinque minuti di passeggiata si raggiungono diversi ristoranti e negozi, un supermercato ben fornito è situato proprio di fronte alla struttura. Torneremo sicuramente!

I spent a week in an apartment in La Contrades and everything was great. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, the spa area was pleasant after a day of skiing. The ski bus station is in front of the hotel, supermaket in front, bakery near, many restaurants around. The hotel is located next to a ski area with many blue slopes for the whole family, but also enough red and black slopes. I spent a pleasant holiday with my 2 children. We're going to come back

Needless to write what's wrong because everything is fine Friendly staff, spotless rooms, perfect location with bakery / pastry shop within walking distance of the supermarket what more could you want then for a hiker it is paraiso I spent 2 MAGNIFICENT weeks. Congratulations for everything, next year I will return more than willingly ............. 100%. oh I forgot highly recommended
