The service and view of the hotel are extremely good. The restaurant with delicious food and nice view. Everything was almost perfect, the hotel a bit small tho. But I still satisfied with the staff attitude n their passion.

Accoglienza molto professionale, ma soprattutto complimenti allo staff del ristorante per il servizio e la gentilezza dei camerieri. Vista splendida dalla sala del ristorante verso le conturines. Per quanto riguarda la SPA molto bella la piscina interna ed esterna, le saune top assieme al servizio di tisane calde e fredde, l’unico dettaglio secondo me da migliorare è il bagno turco.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed a 5 day stay at this wonderful inn. It has an excellent restaurant with a different menu every night, spectacular views, a helpful and efficient staff, clean spacious rooms with full blackout shades, and a proprietress who seems to know every great, less-travelled, place to hike in the Dolomites. Highly recommeded. We stayed in a 2BR apartment in a building adjacent to the hotel, with a washing machine and kitchenette - perfect for an extended stay.

Fantastic hotel with the most breathtaking views you could wish for . Beautiful rooms which were well designed and spotlessly clean, a restaurant with a panoramic view over the mountains which served some of the best food I have ever tasted. But the best thing about this hotel is 'Team Ciasa' From our warm welcome onwards we were given the most excellent service by the team who were always there to help or advise without being 'in your face' They are proud of the hotel and the local environment and this shines through.

Albergo bello, camere carine, ma non grandi, posizione comoda, i servizi offerti sono il centro benessere, la piscina e la vasca idromassaggio esterna. Li abbiamo apprezzati, a differenza della cucina, che non è assolutamente all'altezza del costo. La struttura ha cambiato gestione a fine 2024. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, ma non particolarmente empatico. Non tornerei perché la ristorazione non mi ha soddisfatto. Costo elevato per ciò che viene offerto.

Zentral in La Villa gelegen, dennoch ruhig. Selbst bei geringer Schneelage nur kurzer Fußweg zu den Liften. Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Schöne Zimmer mit Holzboden und qualitativ hochwertiger Ausstattung. Großzügige Tiefgarage mit dem Zimmer zugeordnetem Abstellplatz. Eigener Schi-Spind pro Zimmer, natürlich mit Schischuhheizung. Eleganter Speiseraum mit Aussicht auf die Berge und eigenem Bereich für größere Gruppen. Gemütliche Bar und sonnige Außenterrasse. Schönes Hallenbad und moderner, vielseitiger Spa-Bereich. Fitness- und Spiel-Bereiche. Das absolute Highlight ist aber die Küche mit einem täglichen Speisenangebot auf höchstem Niveau. Der Koch ist ein Meister seines Faches, sowohl was die Vielseitigkeit als auch die optische Präsentation der Speisen betrifft. Das Wein-Angebot und der Service sind dem hohen Niveau ebenbürtig. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub in der Region machen, dann sicher wieder im Hotel Ciasa Soleil.

Sono un frequentatore abituale di questa struttura, per un aperitivo o per una pausa pomeridiana. Struttura stupenda, bar ben organizzato, fornito e soprattutto tenuto in ordine. Mi ha servito sempre un ragazzo di nome Marco, un ragazzo molto in gamba, gentile e professionale, mai trovato un difetto nei drink ordinati. Se passate per la villa vi consiglio di fermarvi.
