Love the concept and execution. The food was great. The staff was hit or miss in terms of friendliness/hospitality. Felt like I was in a masculine wind-surfers playground. I wasn't prepared for how cold it got at night. I would definitely come back with my son--very kid-friendly.

While the location close to the ocean is nice, the tents are quite outdated and start to show signs of mold. On top, the management as well as receptionists are terrible. We are waiting for a refund for weeks now. Absolutely horrible and unprofessional behavior. For that price I expect a decent customer service at least.

Servicio, lo pepr que he visto en mi vida.
Establecimiento que consiste en pasarlo en una tienda de campaña, el problema es que con las altas temperaturas no se podía estar en ella hasta la noche.
El servicio que nos dieron ha,sido el peor del mundo, para pedir una cerveza se tiraran 20 minutos, para encargar la comida, hora y media. Para pedirles información para el alquiler de unas motos, tuvimos que ir 4 veces para ver si ya tenían la información. El servicio fue horrible, lo peor que he visto en mi vida.

Es una experiencia diferente, agradable para el fin de semana, ya que todo es súper tranquilo. Leí comentarios acerca de que se tardaban mucho en llevar la comida, y sí, se tardan mucho tiempo, así que necesitas paciencia; pero está muy rica. La puerta del baño la podrían mejorar ya que hay muchos huecos en las tablas de madera y es muy incómodo que se vea; sugiero que lleven toallas, ya que solo te dan dos y pedimos más pero no tenían. En general bien, lo recomiendo si te gusta ese tipo de experiencias.

This was such a fun, outstanding place to stay. They let us use the kayaks for free, and we kayak out into the sunrise and saw mobulas jumping! Very friendly and helpful staff really delicious food at the beach café excellent service. I am definitely coming back.

Lugar mágico para relajarse en total armonía con el medio ambiente. El lugar cuenta con todos los servicios. Y está muy bien integrado con el entorno. La bahía se presta para nadar por las mañanas y ver los kite surfers a medio día La comida es buena cumple con las espectativas

Ya habia visto este hotel y club de playa en un video de internet y me llamo la atención por las instalaciones, por ello reservamos un day pass para estar todo el día ahí, llegamos cerca de medio día (puedes llegar desde las 8:00) y nos retiramos a las 6 pm, con eso fue suficiente, nos cobraron $500 por persona, de los cuales $400 son rembolsables, lo cual se me hizo muy bien. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, lo único malo que notamos es el servicio de meseros en la playa, tardaban horas en ir, por lo que decidimos mejor comer en el restaurant, además que sentimos que ahí hacia menos aire, ya ahí pedimos comida y la verdad nos sorprendió, no esperábamos que estuviera tan buena, nos gustaron todos los platillos. Si recomendamos venir a disfrutar de las instalaciones, sabemos que también es hotel y tiene cabañitas tipo glamping pero no se nos antojo quedarnos ahí por los niños, asi que no puedo opinar sobre ello. Es un lugar especial para los que hacen kiteboarding, asi que se ve impresionante como el aire levanta a estas personas al hacer este deporte.
