J'aurais mis 0 étoiles si j'avais pu. Je suis actuellement en séjour à l’Ibis Toulon La Valette (8–11 juillet 2025). La chambre dégage une odeur forte de moquette sale, l’eau chaude est à peine tiède, et la clim ne fonctionne qu’une fois sur cinq. Le directeur m’a dit à plusieurs reprises : « Si vous n’êtes pas contente, vous pouvez partir », alors que je lui ai expliqué que je ne pouvais pas partir : tous les hôtels sont complets ce mois-ci. Il a ajouté que l’hôtel a une note de 4,2/5 sur Google, ce qui est faux ou trompeur, démontrant un mensonge et un déni. En pleine saison, on peut s’attendre à mieux. Je déconseille très fortement.

Excellent séjour avec un accueil plus que correct. Nuit calme . Piscine ouverte . Restauration goûteuse copieuse et service en salle sans attente, nickel. Chambre propre coté piscine, aérée, travail soigné. Séjour bien passé , je reviendrai . Un conseil : demandez coté piscine à la réservation

Très mauvaise expérience avec cet hôtel. Le lendemain de mon départ, 100 € ont été prélevés sur mon compte sans aucun avertissement, sous prétexte qu’il y aurait eu une odeur de cigarette dans la chambre. Je n’ai absolument pas fumé dans la chambre, ni moi ni mes accompagnants. Aucune preuve ne m’a été fournie, aucun personnel ne m’a contacté, et on m’accuse simplement sans justification. C’est totalement abusif et malhonnête. En consultant les avis, je me suis rendu compte que je ne suis pas le seul à avoir subi ce type de prélèvement injustifié, ce qui soulève de sérieuses questions sur leurs pratiques. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Faites très attention à ce genre de méthodes

Court séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était propre. La literie était super confortable. La chambre bien aménagée et optimisée. Parking spacieux. Très calme même si l’autoroute est à côté, super vitrage vous n’entendez rien du tout. Personnel adorable aussi bien à l’arrivée qu’au départ

Okay room for the price.
It's a decent place, we just hope it's not too hot in the room we have to open the window all night just to cool down a bit but in return, we got the road noise and wind all night. The breakfast is great though

Buona soluzione per viaggi di lavoro
Sono stato ospite di questa struttura diverse volte e sono sempre stato soddisfatto. Buona pulizia generale sia delle aree comuni che delle camere.
Situato vicono all'autostrada consente spostamente rapidi in tempi brevi ma distante dal centro o da altre attivita rendendo obbligatorio l'uso dell'auto. Ampio parcheggio in area recibtata allesterno. Disponobile in estate anche una piccola piscoma per rinfrescarsi.
Personale cordiale e disponibile.
Migliorabile la colazione.
