a very well maintained house with lots of space! Located in a very quiet area at the end of a cul-de-sac. The small garden gate behind the house takes you to the beach in 200m.

Pleasant environment: beach (400 m) and forest nearby (750 m approx.) Comfortable house, with outside terrace 2 parking spaces on the property and a few additional spaces at the end of the dead end.

Great house no more than 200 metres from the beach. I has got two sections separated by the living area, each with 2 bedrooms, shower and toilet. And lot's of privacy in the garden. Only thing missing is a wash dryer and it could have better lighting in t
