The hotel is very nice and the staff service is impeccable. However, the hotel is located quite far from the center of Lyon which is not easily accessible by transport.

Avis mitigé … belle réception bar … Mais chambre à rénover réellement et pas simplement un coup de peinture : en particulier la peinture et la salle de bain (carrelage, bain, ...) Le dîner est très bien. Dommage qu’il soit ternis par un petit déjeuner moyen sur certains types de produits (cafés, viennoiseries, produits chauds type saucisses) pourraient être largement meilleurs pour un espace restauration avec un panneau « Maître restaurateur ». Accueil à la réception très cordial et poli mais pourrait plus chaleureux souriant.

Es hat uns super gefallen. Wir haben das 3. Mal auf dem Weg in den Süden dort übernachtet. Personal sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Alle sprechen englisch. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort zwischenstoppen!

Médiocre ! Arrivée le dimanche à 18h j’apprends que le restaurant est fermé, soit ! Mais également le bar, impossible de prendre quoique ce soit même sans alcool… ce qui a semble surprendre l’un des membres du personnel le lendemain.
Le lendemain au petit déjeuner, à 9h nettoyage de la terrasse au karcher rendant impossible son usage, donc obligée de s’enfermer dans la salle de restauration. Aucune table nettoyée, et la moitié du buffet vide. Pas d’œuf : ils n’ont pas été livré… la machine à café dégoulinante, une horreur. Un pauvre jeune, seul, tentant de palier mais n’y parvenant pas.
Une réceptionniste ne se sentant pas concernée.
Bref, mauvaise expérience, très déçu par Best Western

Toujours très bien accueilli et une équipe toujours au service du client. Une offre restauration de très bon niveau. Un SPA avec différents massages proposés au top ! Un vrai plaisir de revenir séjourner dans cet hôtel. Mon hôtel lorsque je suis en déplacement lyonnais !

La chambre n'etait pas disponible lors de notre arrivé.
La chambre qui nous avaient été proposé du coup avec avec 2 lits simple alors que sur la réservation il y avait bien écrit avec 1 grand lit.
Donc retour à l'acceuil pour changer de chambre.
Sinon côté chambre, bien équipé.
Réservation 2 personnes et une paire de tongs dispo.
