Excelente sitio, clima muy agradable y atención excelente Fuimos por 4 vez y sabíamos que cuenta con excelentes instalaciones y muy buena ubicación para desplazamientos dentro del Eje cafetero acompañado de un clima caluroso de la Tebaida. Pero en esta ocasión quedamos sorprendidos por el cambio en el servicio. Crearon nuevas actividades, entre ellas ecoturísticas dentro del hotel, proyección de películas y repito, el servicio.

Es un hotel muy completo, las habitaciones cómodas y todos los días me despertaron los pajaritos. El desayuno y la comida en general, rica. El gimnasio, cancha de tenis, piscina, bicicletas y las actividades muy gratas para un plan en familia. Regresaría sin duda alguna.

Excelente hotel buena atención y calidad de sus áreas, cómodo confortable y lujoso tiene todos los servicios y también la atención del personal es muy agradable los precios un poco elevados pero en general bien, tener platos con valores un poco más manejables o promocionales en familiares

Mocawa resort has all you need to relax: a great pool, hot tub, sauna, a couple of resaurants, waliking paths, minigolf course, tennis course, a full gym and a game room. It is an oasis, you can go there to relax and time will fly by. Highly recomend it

La mejor alternativa 5 estrellas en un ambiente campestre fenomenal. Habitaciones cómodas, restaurante con alta cocina y unas instalaciones muy completas. Piscinas, gimnasio, senderos, sala de juegos para niños, entretenimiento para la familia (música en la fonda paisa), etc.

Es muy bueno el hotel en general, en mi vista tiene algunas fallas en los baños pero nada muy grave. Colchones suaves y esponjosos, ideal para niños porque cuenta con bastantes sitios de recreación y actividades como cine. Hay empleados amables como empleados groseros, pero el servicio carece de comprensión a veces. Voy a decir que los restaurantes son bastante desordenados y sufren falta de empleados, es devastador porque se ven empleados llorando, pero el dueño debería hacerse cargo de esto, porque los empleados al no saber qué hacer son groseros contigo.
