The room is wonderful. The owner is kind. She prepared coffee for us. We can make coffee with the coffee machine. The room is very clean and tidy, and it's really a nice place. I strongly recommend this place to other tourists.

We stayed in the apartment for 9 nights as a base to visit cinque terre. We chose to stay in La Spezia as it a lown with plentiful options to dine in the evening after the long days visiting the villages.La Spezia has excellent rail, ferries and bus connections both to visit Cinque Terra and the towns beyond. The Ca vour apartment is situated in an old building and the apartment was modern and very comfortable. The location was central and ideal. The host (Paul) was very helpful and available throughout on whatup for any queries or assistance. The apartment itself was spotless thanks to the daily cleaning. Credit and our thanks goes to the cleaning lady ((Lilianna) I would certainly stay here again if we return to La Spezia.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the place was very close to the city center and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was connected by bus with every direction of the 5 terre. I would highly recommend it to everyone. It was great to stay there😊
