they have 2 establishments. We went to the one in the map and ended up having to walk back to near the train station. The place doesnt have elvator but luckily the room is only one floor up. Good for the price.

We stayed in July for vacation, we are a family of 4 persons. The rooms are really cute and cozy but they are small…. They can only fit 2 persons to be comfortable. Therefore as a family of 4 it was too small and with our luggage we could hardly get around in the room. The outside of the block looks a bit of a mess but when you go inside it is ok. At the entrance there is also a coffee machine. The location is very good … close to everything and we also had breakfast included in the price in coffee shops near by. The hostess was very helpful and answered all our questions we had.

We spent two night in La Spezia in May 2025. These apartments are located a few minutes walk from the train station and conveniently located to the restaurant and retail centre of La Spezia. The apartments are clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Due to a flight cancellation we were significantly delayed in arriving. The staff were very obliging and provided instructions for after hour check in. The apartment complex relies very heavily on lock boxes and access codes like something out of ‘Get Smart’. I can imagine that the access codes and lock boxes would be quite daunting to some people. The lady on reception (we think her name was Biela) could not be more helpful. She was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages and was an absolute delight to deal with. We give this apartment a 5 star rating and would gladly recommend it to others

The property is dated, room is small and dark, dusty. Linen is too old, needs to be replaced. It has excellent location, only 3 minute walk from the train station. The trade of is that it is noisy all day with street traffic and train running.

What a wonderful stay! This guest house is absolutely charming—the decoration is tasteful and cozy, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. It’s also very well located, making it easy to explore the area. The attention to detail is truly impressive. They provide plenty of helpful information for tourists, which really enhanced our visit. The only small suggestion I’d make is to update the check-in time in their policies to avoid any confusion. Aside from that, everything was perfect. Highly recommend
