The welcome was very nice and warm especially the receptionist Sarah.
The room is small but really beautiful with a view of the mountain in a quiet area with a small balcony, the breakfast is really generous!
Very practical for a visit to the Cinque Terre.
It would be nice to have a car to get around.

Good location in La Speia. Easy access to port and train station for visits to Conque Terra. I saw bikers everywhere. We drove a car. Ample parking. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Un très bel accueil de la part de la réceptionniste qui parle très bien le français. Le bémol de cet hôtel est sa localisation car il est obligé de prendre sa voiture ou le bus pour rejoindre le centre ville. La réceptionniste nous a bien indiqué les différents parkings sur lesquels nous pouvions nous garer pour rejoindre la gare (attention ils sont payants). Le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié. Les gâteaux sont très bons et fait maison. Les chambres sont agréables et ont une terrasse. Un parking sécurisé avec une barrière et à disposition. Vous avez deux très bons restaurants en face de l'hôtel que nous vous recommandons. Pensez à réserver avant.

You MUST stay here!!!
This hotel is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. We travel frequently and this hotel is one of the best ever. Owner and staff are amazing. Continental breakfast was delicious. Rooms were clean and had private balcony. Enjoyed the rooftop deck for wine in the evening.
