L'affittacamere è situato molto vicino alla stazione di La Spezia molto comodo per andare alle 5 Terre, camera pulita ben arredata con tutto quello che serve. La ragazza alla reception gentile e disponibile, hanno a disposizione nelle vicinanze un parcheggio a pagamento che è un valore aggiunto. Luca il proprietario molto gentile ci ha dato delle dritte per scegliere il ristorante per la cena. Consigliatissimo!!!!

Ottima posizione, a due minuti dal centro e dalla stazione (comodità assoluta per spostarsi alle 5 terre). La colazione viene servita nel bar di fronte con possibilità di scegliere tra focaccia o croissant, oltre ad una bevanda calda ed il succo. Abbiamo effettuato il self check-in e ci è stato spiegato alla perfezione come procedere. Super gentili e disponibili nelle spiegazioni e nelle richieste. Possibilità di parcheggiare al chiuso a pochi metri con un piccolo supplemento (ottimo perché non conviene spostarsi in macchina soprattutto nel periodo estivo/di vacanze)! Consiglio!

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement. Très bien situé en plein cœur de la ville à deux pas de la gare ou des commerces. Luca à été un hote extrêmement gentil , serviable , de bons conseils et qui parle très bien le français. L'appartement été propre,spacieux, pratique, sécurisé et la literie de très bonne qualité. Nous recommandons :)

Ottima esperienza in questo strategico affittacamere situato a due passi dalla stazione di La Spezia! La colazione si fa sul bar sotto dove hanno delle buone brioche. Ottima Pulizia delle stanze e suprema cortesia. Assolutamente consigliato

Really loved this hotel and would absolutly recommend if you are planning to visit Cinque Terre! Why I loved it: - location is superb! You are at 150 metres from to station where in one stop you reach the first village of Cinque Terre. - you can get parking from hotel for 15€/day. It’s a closed private parking in a big garage. It’s difficult to find but the receptionist drove with us to show the way. - room is very spacious, with seperate bedroom for our two kids - breakfast is included in the cafe in the street, even though it’s just one croissant and 2 drinks. If not enough you can buy something on top. - room with fridge & coffee/tea - airco worked amazingly good. - La Spezia offers also many restaurants in the neighbourhood. Only downside I could think of was that the building itself is old and when the neigbooring guests are making noice in the hallway it can be disturbing. But this wasn’t a big problem in the end. All in all would definitly recommend this hotel. It’s much easier to stay in La Spezia then in Cinque terre where it’s highly crowded.

Tout était parfait : super accueil, le propriétaire est adorable et aux petits soins, l’hôtel et la chambre sont très propres, l’endroit est très sécurisé et calme, à seulement 90m de la gare de la Spezia, très pratique. Je recommande à 100%. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour 🤩
