Room had everything we needed, free parking was arranged as well. Little more attention to detail would be making it even better (wrinkly older towels, stains on the bed sheets, battery low on the ac remote).
The host communicated well and sufficient.
Stayed two nights when visiting cinque terre, I’d recommend to go and stay at one of the villages.

欲前往五漁村故選擇在拉斯佩齊亞停留2晚，雖然離車站800公尺拖行李有點遠，但房間乾淨安靜算是彌補一下路途遙遠。
有提供膠囊咖啡而且味道還不錯，還有小點心可以配咖啡提供類似下午茶的服務，真貼心。
如果想一直看海還是建議直接住進五漁村才能得到更好的旅遊感受

The host of the B&B is very nice. We arrived early in the morning and he told us the password after contacting us. The room wasn't cleaned but we were able to drop off our luggage and then go to Cinque Terre. The B&B is less than 1 km from Cinque Terre Train Station and is within walking distance. There are several parking spaces at the door.

Good location to train station
The room is not too big, but with good aircon. Also with free roadside parking nearby hotel. Train station to Cinque Terre is around 15 minutes walk.
