I’ve travelled Europe and the UK for the past 5 weeks now and this is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in! I stayed here for two nights and from the start Vilma was so accommodating. She suggested sights to see and do and also recommended when as I was only here for a short period of time to try and see it all. The location was perfect. Your right next to the main restaurants, supermarket, laundromat, chemist and train station is a 5min walk. The room is perfect, extremely clean and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend this place and I will be staying again when I return in the future. Thanks again Vilma!

Pros: - close to the train station/city center - clean rooms - comfortable shower. Cons: - paid parking available on various streets. Spaces are limited. - noisy room: it feels like you're right in the middle of the street (children playing in the square until late, cars, motorcycles, people talking). I've read other similar complaints on ***********. I think the windows need to be replaced with quality double-glazed ones. We had a really hard time falling asleep. - uncomfortable mattress with springs and pillows. You'll have to decide for yourself whether it's worth it or not. I think when you're on vacation, the quality of your sleep is really important. At the very least, bring earplugs.

Good guesthouse near train station, ideal for setting a trip to Cinqueterre having La Spezia as a base.
The owner is very welcomed person, gives a lot of suggestions for the trip.
The room is spacious, although missing surfaces for leaving luggage, also miss a bigger table for having a breakfast, the existing table is small. Anyway there are a lot of coffee shops and restaurants nearby.
