We based ourselves here at the Lia Art Hotel for exploring the Cinque Terre. It's ideally located for local attractions and good restaurants and bars. Very helpful new lady at the front desk couldn't help us enough. A font of knowledge on local attractions and travel. The room was perfect, but don't expect any kind of scenic view. It was clean and tidy with good towels and plenty of hot water. There's no hotel restaurant, however there are a couple of vending machines on the floor to provide hot drinks and a light snack if desperate. There is no lift! We had heavy bags and could have done with one. But hey ho, can't have everything. Thanks for a cracking stay

Ho trovato personale assai cordiale e disponibile, straordinariamente disponibile per qualsiasi aiuto. Ho trovato una stanza spaziosa e con tutto ciò che serve. Lo stabile non e' nuovo ma tutto l'arredamento molto moderno e pulito. Non potrei chiedere altro e ci ritornerei subito. Consiglio vivamente.

Stanza piu grande delle aspettative, pulizia e posizione comoda per il centro città. L'unica nota negativa è la mancanza di parcheggi nei dintorni.

Orientamento clienti pari a ZERO. Non hanno accettato il pagamento anticipato con una carta di credito indicata da loro e mi hanno disdetto la prenotazione nonostante abbia telefonato loro spiegando che l’indomani avrei dovuto sottopormi a un consulto presso l’ospedale Sant’Andrea. Mezz’ora prima di partire da Chiavari mi accorgo che mi è arrivata una e-mail con la cancellazione della prenotazione.

Non ho mai provato così tanto disgusto verso una persona che nemmeno conosco. Le uniche recensioni negative erano sulla scortesia e sgarbatezza della titolare. Tutto confermato, premetto che ho sbagliato in fase di prenotazione, mi sono confuso con il weekend, e volendo prendere la cancellazione , ho invece preso una tripla (eravamo in 2) ma 12 ore dopo rendendomi conto dell'errore mi sono attivato, chiedendo il rimborso anche con penale e questa opzione mi è stata negata come tutte le altre. Sia il cambio nominativo, sia il cambio della settimana (alla settimana prima), anche pagando un supplemento. Sono stato liquidato telefonicamente perché la signora era al mare. Booking ha provato a intermediare ma anche loro sono stati liquidati con un... io sono a cena. Io ho sbagliato e va bene ma prenotare 2 mesi prima e 12 ore dopo chiedere anche solo il cambio nominativo e ricevere peggio di un no come risposta è davvero da pezzenti. Ti auguro di goderteli i soldi, al mare come hai detto tu, oppure in altri luoghi...

I have been very comfortable at Lia art hotel. The room was nice and comfortable with everything you need. And the location was excellent, close to the centre and next to the port area. Lediana and her afternoon companion (the guys who work at reception) have been very kind at all times. Thank you for making me feel at home. If I return to La Spezia I will stay here again.

I was scammed like others by this "hotel" after making the payment I made the request to arrive at 10 pm which was denied. They charged me the cost of the room without being able to stay. On the phone they hung up on me several times.
