Las instalaciones super buenas igual q los espacios comunes, la habitación q nos tocó buena, para una pareja cumple con las necesidades, pero la cama " colchón" en mal estado pero lo demás excelente igual que el personal muy amables y si recomiendo 100% el hotel

Excelente atención, habitaciones limpias y hotel muy acogedor. Está muy bien ubicado, cerca de sitios de alto interés cultural en La Serena. El desayuno es variado y muy bien preparado. El personal fue bastante amable y estuvieron muy atentos a nuestras dudas.

somewhat old-fashioned ambience can be perceived as charm, in case the staff would ensure availability of swimming pool and offer features that are stated on their website. We experienced broken chain in closet, missing batteries for the safe, thin walls. Breakfast is alright though - if you like extremely large rooms.

Beautiful colonial building, excellent location near the main square, with access to transportation to any place of the city. Food at restaurant is delicious and cheap. The best of all, its receptionists and waitresses, great people. They make you feel good and comfortable.

Siempre con mi señora quisimos alojarnos en este hotel, y esta vez lo hicimos, siendo una decisión totalmente acertada. Primero que todo, es un hotel que nos gustó por su arquitectura que está a la par con las construcciones gubernamentales de La Serena, en estilo colonial. En segundo término, se ubica a pocos metros de la Plaza de Armas, dentro del casco histórico de la ciudad. Nuestra habitación tenía todas las comodidades que uno desea para pasar un rato agradable: cama blanda, baño muy limpio y con todos los accesorios, ducha de fácil uso, iluminación artificial óptima, televisor de pantalla plana con varios canales, amplio closet, excelente vista al exterior, etc. Tiene un servicio de restaurant y cafetería de variada carta que funciona hasta las 11:30. Antes de esa hora, perfectamente cualquiera se puede abastecer de agua caliente desde un termo grande que hay en el salón comedor. El servicio de desayuno es muy bueno, pues además del té, café, leche, yoghurt y jugos, se puede comer frutas naturales y en compota, tomate, queso fresco, queso cremoso, jamón, queques, kuchen, tartaleta, pan de molde natural e integral (estos últimos se pueden tostar si se desea). Y finalmente, el personal del hotel es muy atento, tanto los recepcionistas, camareras y personal de restaurant.

Traditional hotel very well located, one block from the Plaza de Armas (main square) and one block from the Japanese Gardens. Very close to the main avenue, Francisco de Aguirre. The hotel is very spacious, has a swimming pool in a small garden, I laid down on the lounge chairs to rest, very comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied enough (coffee, tea, breads, yogurt, cereals, jam, ham, salami, cheese, fruits, juices, eggs, sweet pastries). I didn't have lunch or dinner at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom, shower with plenty of water, several clean towels. The only downside: the internet was a bit intermittent, sometimes the signal didn't get through or it went out and you had to reconnect. That is a problem if you are going to work for a long time using the network. But if you're going out all day and just come to the room to read the news or your emails, it doesn't matter much. I did not have the type of plug used in Chile (3-pole) to charge my cell phone and laptop; the front desk had several and lent me one for the duration of my stay. Extra points for that!

Si bien su infraestructura es clásica, linda, bien mantenida, es un hotel que tiene muchos espacios sin uso, se siente como deshabitado a veces. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero cómodas. El comedor, al menos en el horario de cena, no es bueno, es poco variado. El desayuno aceptable.
