Camera spettacolare con vista Monte Bianco e poco distante da Courmayeur. Colazione superlativa. SPA piccola ma funzionale. Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff , in particolar modo alla gentilezza di Bianca alla reception. Paolo e Sabrina

Vista incantevole credo che le 5 stelle di questo hotel,siano dovute alla posizione che e' a dir poco stupenda. Lo staff servizio impeccabile super gentilissimi tutti . Ci è stato offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto cosa molto gradita, godendo di una vista mozzafiato. La spa, acqua un po' fredda forse troppo specialmente nella grotta.ma credo che la spa sia una cosa aggiuntiva in quanto per essere un 5 stelle non l'ho trovata un granché. Colazione molto bene forse per un 5 stelle mi aspettavo qualcosa di più , ma con una vista che pochi hotel hanno, sopperisce tutto. Nel complesso bene.

We arrived here for an overnight after a day hiking in Gran Paradiso. The welcome we received from Virginia at reception was nothing short of exceptional, she really is a credit to the hotel , lovely manner, so friendly and helpful. The hotel really is beautiful, it is a boutique style with a good blend of modern and traditional furnishings. All the staff were excellent we had a lovely afternoon enjoying drinks at the pool with dramatic views of the Alps. Also dinner on the outside terrace was a wonderful experience and breakfast was also great. We will definitely be back.

La struttura ed i servizi offerti sono assolutamente di livello. La location è bucolica, se si pensa al caos di Courmayeur. Il personale alla reception è professionale, ben accogliente e solerte nel trovare eventuali soluzioni, mentre il personale di sala, eccezion fatta per la signora che porta i caffè ed i cappuccini, ha qualche difficoltà di comprensione della lingua italiana che impedisce loro di essere altrettanto professionali, pur essendo gentili e disponibili. Il ristorante si dà un tono di qualità che si ritrova nella bellissima terrazza esterna, ma pecca un pochino sulla riuscita dei piatti proposti, abbastanza anonimi. Ottima invece la scelta dei vini.

La maestosità del Monte Bianco attraverso la finestra del ristorante fa il pari con la qualità dei prodotti abilmente trasformati in gustosissimi piatti dallo chef e dal suo staff e mirabilmente presentati e posati in tavola dal personale di sala gentile, preparato e all'altezza dei migliori 5 stelle. Hotel extérieurement très beau .. a l'intérieur meublé avec des meubles anciens mais j'adore direction.. réception .. spa personnel chambre : Au top petit déjeuner idem .. toutefois personnel salle à manger de l'excellent au passable pour un 5 étoiles. Restaurant gastronomique usé qu'une fois.. dommage le bistrot bar ferme à 19h30.. Les traitements au spa sont parfaits Bon séjour j'y retournerai certainement..

Che dire… una eccellenza!… Bella struttura, posizione panoramica e tranquilla, personale discreto e sorridente [ed anche chi difetta in esperienza si impegna sotto la guida del general manager sempre presente in struttura], adeguata pulizia di tutti gli ambienti compresa la spa. Un plus è certamente la colazione servita con vista mozzafiato sul “Bianco”. Un luogo da consigliare per una parentesi di relax.
