Work in progress (not reported by Trip.com: strong smell of glue at breakfast.
The hotel offered 2 drinks for the event we were celebrating, and a spa circuit that could not be used due to lack of availability during our stay…

une catastrophe un couple d'amis nous invite a partager un apéro et un diner et là la catastrophe l'accueil déplorable le barman incompétent incapable de faire un Mojito correct qui nous empêche de profiter de la terrasse coté mer pour profiter du couché de soleil sous prétexte qu'elle est réservée mais personne n'est jamais venu sur cette terrasse et enfin au lieu de pouvoir manger a la carte ou nous annonce au dernier moment que c'est soirée buffet créole ou j'ai du me contenter du plus mauvais rougail saucisse de la réunion depuis 24 ans que j'y vis et je je vous parlerai pas des desserts immangeables tout ça dans une ambiance triste et taciturne ou a l'évidence le personnel n'est absolument pas motivé ni même bien formé bref endroit a fuir

Indigne d’un 5 étoiles , une seule piscine pas très propre surtout le débordement, carte du restaurant avec très très peu de choix, et pas renouvelée pendant les 15 jours de notre séjour, arrive de paris à 10 h 00 il faut régler 80 € de plus pour avoir accès à une chambre, alors que l’hôtel était presque vide !!!chambre « supérieure « très mal placée, si l’on veut une vue c’est avec supplément ! Heureusement le personnel est charmant , Hotel envahi par les extérieurs au bord de la piscine . Je ne conseille pas cet hôtel !
