A friend recommended this resort and booked it. The location of the hotel is also very good. This time I booked a luxury villa. The service at the front desk was very enthusiastic. It was not easy to check in. I waited until 5 pm to check in, but there were constant surprises. There were three of us, five rooms in a single-family villa, butler service, unlimited champagne, rum and various soft drinks. What attracted us most was the scenery by the sea and the beautiful lake view. The hotel's service is a plus point, the location is also excellent, the restaurant and swimming pool are first-class, and the butler's brunch custom cooking service on the second day was particularly good. Excellent hotel. Location, facilities, quality.
They must improve the quality of drinks, a 5 * GL cannot be giving white wines (Albariños) from 2020 in July 2023...
On the other hand, the reception is unfortunate, the attention, queues then for the check in/out that does not correspond to the category of this establishment.
