Hôtel bien placé en centre ville. Personnel très sympathique, souriant, accueillant, à notre écoute même le personnel des étages. Chambre bien aménagé. seul défaut la housse de protection du matelas ne tiens pas en place quand on bouge beaucoup pendant le sommeil (inconfortable)

Je viens souvent à La Rochelle et réserve toujours dans cet hotel quand je viens en train : à moins de 10min à pied de la gare et en plein centre-ville, idéalement situé pour se balader, profiter des restos et magasins. Et on est directement sur le Vieux Port dès qu'on sort de l'hotel. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable, sympathique et professionnel, c'est vraiment agréable! Les chambres sont très simples : bien en solo mais pas immense si vous êtes à deux personnes pour plusieurs jours (ou alors prendre une Premium plus grande) . Le chauffage/clim n'est pas récent donc un peu bruyant j'ai trouvé. Le prix peut donc sembler un peu élevé pour un 3* basique, mais pour en avoir testé d'autres dans le coin, ça reste très honnête, surtout vue la situation en pleine ville. Et le petit plus : hotel dogfriendly, donc pratique avec un chien.

Nous avons l'habitude d'aller dans les Ibis et la nous avons été déçu. La chambre très très basique. Pas de déco, pas agréable, ni chaleureuse. La salle de bain pas mieux . Une salle de bain d'hôpital et pas très propre. Le tuyau de douche plus que limite.... A 13h les chambres ne sont toujours pas faites. Il faut aller chercher du papier wc car il n'en avait pas remis, pas de gobelet non plus.... Le seul point positif est la sympathie du personnel de l'accueil. Un hôtel que nous ne retiendrons pas pour notre prochaine venue à la Rochelle.
