The hotel is the only five-star hotel in la Rochelle. It is located in the city center. The hotel staff are very friendly and very patient when checking in. They will also introduce each functional area of the hotel in detail. The room is very spacious, clean and bright, suitable for family travel. I was going to have breakfast outdoors. The staff helped me take out the selected dinner plate and put a cover on it. They were very attentive.

For the first time we decided to go to the coast of the Bay of Biscay and visit the city of La Rochelle. We were surprised by the friendliness of the staff! Specialists from the reception told everything about the city, suggested how to get to Fort Boyard, booked a table in a restaurant! The hotel itself is very beautiful! Rooms are clean, very nice mini bar!

Excellent! The service is sensationally good. The rooms are clean, big enough with a small kitchen and fridge. The pool is well maintained and there is a pool bar. On the hottest day in Europe, this hotel came to our rescue. We had a problem with the car, the staff was super nice and helped us bring our car to the underground car park. The bar is well stocked and professional information is provided with the drink.
We used the wellness area with sauna, steam room and massage. Overall there were only positive experiences. The staff is each individually multilingual. Great! We'd love to come back.
