Very calm location near town center, car rental and train station.
The room seemed clean, but as you are responsible for washing the dishes ( machine provided) you never know what the previous guest did.
Reception is not open 24/24: it closes even for lunch, so pay attention to your arriving time.

Très déçue de ce Pierre et Vacances. Ce qu'ils nomment studio n'est en fait qu'une simple chambre d'hotel aménagée. Taille minuscule on ne peut pas bouger. Le lit est à moins d'un mètre du coin cuisine c'est oppressant. Salle de bain de même pas 1.5 m2. Pas de climatisation impossible de dormir et même de rester dans cette pièce durant la canicule. On atteint cette chambre par un long couloir sinistre. Personnel parfait. Piscine vieillote mais ça sauve pendant la canicule. La Rochelle est bétonnée et souffre d'une invasion de vélos. En résumé quel gâchis !

Résidence idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied du vieux port et des restaurants, magasins et activités. L’accueil est chaleureux et professionnel. L’équipe est à l’écoute et de très bons conseils. Les appartements sont très propres, agréables et bien équipés. Petits bémols dans celui que nous avons réservé (studio pour 4 personnes/ lits superposés en coin nuit pour deux enfants) beaucoup trop petit pour 4 personnes. Nous étions deux (1 adulte et 1 enfant) c’était parfait. Pas de climatisation donc avec la canicule lors de notre séjour nous avons eu vraiment très chaud surtout la nuit. Le gros plus la piscine qui est vraiment très agréable après une journée en vadrouille sous un soleil de plomb. Petit conseil réservé votre place de parking (12€/jour) car les places autour de la résidence sont rares ou payantes. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à La Rochelle

Séjour très agréable, malheureusement les murs sont un peu fin donc on peut parfois entendre les voisins. Malgré cela le lieu reste très propre, bien agencé et très agréable ! Le lieu est aussi très bien placé du centre de La Rochelle qui est facilement accessible à pied , l'accès au bus est aussi proche ainsi que la gare et différent point de restauration.
Le petit déjeuner reste très agréable, servit par une employée souriante et à notre écoute !

Nous avons passé 1 semaine à la résidence Pierre et vacances la rochelle en famille. Le séjour était très bien, la résidence est top, propre et il y a une belle piscine chauffée. Nous y sommes allées quasiment tous les jours ! La résidence est idéalement située, proche du port et du centre ville. Tout se fait à pied. L'appartement est bien équipé.

Curtains were dirty.
Did not like that we had to make our beds on arriving and ***** beds on departure.
Lift was not working and we were not advised before arrival.
