Hotels with Breakfast in La Rochelle

Overall it's very good, the front desk is patient and responsible! The hotel management is very good. The door will be closed at night, and you need the password given in the key card to open the door. It feels very safe; the hotel and the room are also very clean! The city is beautiful. It takes 15/20 minutes to walk or take the bus to the beach. It is well worth a visit!

Personnel agréable. Nous avons eu une chambre PMR comme demandé sur Booking en souhait et sans avoir a le preciser a nouveau a l'arrivé. Les chambres sont correctes pour le prix. Petit bémol sur le bruit de la clim mais étant donné que nous étions au RDC avec gros vis a vis il était impossible de laisser de toute façon la fenêtre ouverte donc un + pour la clim mais dommage pour le bruit. Les 2 gros bémols : le bruit de la route et le prix des boissons a l'accueil. Seulement quelques références en stock et surtout consignes en verre donc très chères. Surtout pour deux petites bouteille d'eau 50cl en verre vitel a 3.70 ou 4.70 je ne me souvient plus la bouteille petit format. Dans l'ensemble même si la chambre faisait un peu usee dans l'ensemble, le confort était la. Cela reste un bon rapport qualité prix

This hotel is in a fantastic location, in the middle of many shops and restaurants. International brand shopping is within walking distance. The views from the window are outstanding. The bed is comfortable. The front desk staff was very helpful in recommending places to eat and other sites. My only complaint is that I found several hairs in the shower upon inspecting the room. This issue should be addressed with housekeeping.

Excellent! The service is sensationally good. The rooms are clean, large enough with small kitchen and refrigerator. The pool is very well maintained and there is a pool bar. The hottest day of Europe, this hotel was our rescue. We had a problem with the car the staff was super nice and helped bring our car to the deep garage. The bar is well equipped and you get professional information for drink. We used the wellness area with sauna, steam sauna and massage. There were overall only positive experiences. The staff is everybody in individual multilingual. Great! We're happy to come back. 

We had one night in La Rochelle and my wife had booked this hotel in advance months ago. It's just at the edge of the Old Town, so you need to park somewhere. The location is just perfect a couple of minutes away from the heart of the harbor, packed with restaurants, tourists and a cool street ambience. The hotel had no elevator, by chance we only had a floor to climb up. Good beds, complete bathroom, a new smart TV in the room allowing quick and easy USB movie loading... That's more that we expected for a 3-star hotel. Also, the breakfast was very good! Additional kudos to the front desk manager, very kind and helpful. That's my go-to place in La Rochelle.

Very nice hotel, in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking from Vieux port! Near the Gabut area, the Aquarium and the Musee Maritime! You could find free parking in the surrounding streets! Very good value for money also. They have a very nice initiative with housekeeping. If you stay more than two nights, every day you skip the housekeeping you get a free drink per person, such as a draught beer, local wine, tea or coffee at the hotel bar! Also they have a good water dispenser where you can refill your bottles every day with cold water! Their breakfast was quite good, with nice bread, nice crepes and all the basics of a typical french breakfast! The only thing they lacked was some fresh vegetables such as a tomato, a cucumber or a lettuce and fresh fruits. The quality of the coffee could also be improved. Rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable with two pillows each. The only thing is that the carpet gives the room a dusty smell. Overall very good for its place and price, with friendly staff!

My familycand I stayed here for a couple of nights. We are a fanily of 4 and stayed in 1 rrom The two main things going for this hotel are the secure car park and the location. The car park has decent sized spaces and is gated at night. Location: It's a 5 to 10 minute walk into the port. The beach is also walkable in 5 to 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly, too. The rooms are a bit dated. The aircon does work, but it isn’t powerful. You need to shut the curtains when it's sunny, so the aircon has a chance of keeping the room cool. The bar/restaurant is pleasant enough. The breakfast was okay but we though it was quite expensive for what it is. 18 euro per adult. One of the days we went to a local cafe and spent half as much. The toilet is on its own and has no basin or sanitiser. This means you touch 5 door handles before you can wash your hands. Yuk! Maybe we are fusy. The TV was good, decent storage and a good fridge. The room was too small for 4, really. We only slept in there, so it was no big deal. It would have been fine for 2 or 3 people. All things considered, we would stay here again.

Disappointing. Read the write up and thought it would be a nice spa hotel...nope more like a hostel with a steam room(which was closed) and a. school type swimming pool which is dated and nothing like the photos. We've spent 3 weeks travelling Spain and France and this was our last place and our least favourite of the whole trip. Positives- friendly staff on arrival, underground parking (worth paying. for as roads nearby are full of cars), room is clean and has a cute kitchenette so we could cook a meal after a very long drive. It's a basic hotel and worth a stop over but wouldn't stay again - sorry

We have stayed at Le Masq since pretty much the day it opened . Its as good now as the very first time we arrived . Attentive staff , clean crisp rooms and smiles all round . Pretty sure it did meals other than breakfast when we first visited and over time but maybe wrong . The hotel is a credit to all those involved . Wouldn't and haven't stayed anywhere else in LR why would I ! Here's to our next visit which would be No 9 or 10 or maybe more Well done everyone
