Très bonne étape. Très bien accueilli, chambre familiale (parents et nos deux enfants) grande, très propre et une literie confortable. L'hôtel est calme. Il y a de nombreux restaurants et commerces à proximité. Nous recommandons.

rideaux et couverture (en laine) très sales. boiserie de la fenêtre sale et noire par l'humidité ? tapisserie tachée et moisie (limite insalubre). pour 63 euros...c'est donc très cher c'est bien dommage car l'hôtel est bien situé et le gérant agréable. il faut investir un minimum !

Demandez les chambres rénovées Certaine chambres Standards ne sont pas rénovée et ne figurent pas sur les photos sur le site. Les chambres concernées sont clairement vétustes et inconfortables (chambre bricolées au plus mauvais sens du mot bricolage, eau chaude aléatoire et non réglable soit c'est froid soit on se brule)

Je recommande cet hôtel à toute personne cherchant un hébergement en centre ville de la roche sur yon et à proximité de l Hôpital. Bon accueil et bon contact avec la réception et le responsable de l’établissement. Les chambres sont simple et très propres. Un petit plus : facilité d’accès de nuit en l’absence de la réception sans clés ni carte. Je ne regrette pas mon choix et je recommande cet établissement à tous. Virginie Bader
