We booked there a superior room and came in the evening. The evening receptionist said “I gave you a smaller room. Then you pay less”. He gave us a room at the top. As you read as everybody wrote. The heating is broke so we could not sleep because of the heat. Even with window open. In the morning they pushed us to pay 2 days 350 euro ! Instead of 170 as the evening receptionis told us. Even they know the hearing is broken. Watch out for this scam hotel.

Spent a night here and was sufficiently impressed that I would come again. The setting close to the the town and in the heart of the Ardennes is its strength. Dinner was hearty and simple and the breakfast buffet was quite good. Hotel and amenities are quite dated. A good option as a base for exploring the area and working within limited means.

Prijs-kwaliteit ok, maar de animatie valt tegen in vergelijking met Blankenbergen en Nieuwpoort. Het personeel doen hun best om of spreken goed Nederlands. Deze trip is goed voor een weekend, niet voor week. Er was geen kidsclub, heel jammer. Kamer zijn gerenoveerd en proper.

Ontbijt was tot 10u en om 9u was het spek op en is niet meer bijgebracht. Kaas en pannenkoeken ook al op en halfuur later pas bijgebracht, voor de rest heel povertjes.. Raar ook wel dat ontbijt tot 10u is en uitschenken moet ook om 10u? Personeel was heel vriendelijk, wel Nederlands, Engels en Frans door elkaar, maar ok nog. Kamers heel proper maar wel gedateerd..

Leuk hotel voor gezinnen. Onze dochter vond het zwembad geweldig. Even lekker plonzen. Hotel is verder wat verouderd maar prima voor een nachtje. Voldoende gratis parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. En als je zwelmspullen bent vergeten is er een automaat waarin bijvoorbeeld zwembroeken en badpakken zitten die je kunt kopen. Koffie to go is 2 euro.

Tout était parfait. De l’accueil par le personnel de la réception jusqu’au restaurant où le personnel est très sympathique et souriant. En ce qui concerne la chambre, rien à redire non plus. Elle était extrêmement propre. On dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. Le lit, quoique un peu étroit, était cependant très confortable. Passons aux repas. Les plats proposés (la Brasserie) sont excellents et variés. Il y a des plats de poissons, viande et aussi végan, ainsi que des plats pour les enfants. Enfin, le petit déjeuner : parfait. Rien ne manquait. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts, que ce soit salé ou sucré. Café, thé et cécémel étaient à notre disposition. Merci à tout le personnel du Floréal La Roche pour leur gentillesse. Nous reviendrons certainement en 2025.
