Beautiful space in a beautiful location! Jason and David were excellent hosts and we will definitely return here the next time we are in Baja California. We love places that foster community among their guests and Hacienda de Palmas was a great balance of privacy and community. Walking distance to wonderful restaurant and the beach too.

Super management. Breakfast included cereal granola toast fresh fruit eggs juice multiple choice of milk, great fresh coffee and teas and yogurts. Nice pool area, large room . Drinking water available. Comfortable beds and pillows. Extra blankets and pillows available. Can’t wait to go back in Feb

Billed as father and son B&B it’s definitely the nicest and most reasonable accommodation in the area. Spacious rooms with well kept grounds, dipping pool, shared kitchen for cooking if you like all make for a nice experience. My review is largely based on value-you get what you pay for and more here. Of course there’s detractions like having yogurt, granola and PB&J for breakfast every morning…variety would be a great addition. Sometimes the old curtains and furniture was annoying but we added blankets over the windows. For some reason there’s no hooks for hanging clothes but a few dollars would fix that. Yes, it’s easy to find little things to complain about but overall HDP is a fantastic deal.

We had a large room. The owners were nice. The pool was small, but refreshing. The breakfast the next morning was great for us. We had yogurt and fruit with granola, but there was also cereal, toast, and peanut butter.

Jason was a great host for our fishing adventure. He helped get us into the ever more private marina. Additionally, he provided us with a deep freezer, fish cleaning area and laundry access. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, plus the morning coffee, cereal, yogurt and fruit were just the right start to an adventurous day. Definitely plan on returning to our “La Ribera Base” again.
