It’s a 4-bedroom 2 Bath house uniquely design and staged home that features a large Master room with a king Size bed, Second bedroom Queen size bed. Third bedroom with two twin beds and 4th bedroom is located outside the home not attached to the home with Two twin beds perfect for teenagers or adults only ( no curtains ). We also offer two floor memory mattress with clean linen for two additional guest. All beds are firm memory mattress from zinus Each room was staged with its owns theme and uniqueness. Pick your room and feel right at home. This home was designed by a HGTV participant that was on Hogar Star ⭐️ This home truly makes you feel like your on vacation. Whether your celebrating your birthday or a bachelorette weekend this large home will have an open window concept throughout the entire space, lots entertainment areas and of course IG spots throughout the property. It’s a Private large property all around with private entrance . Newly built Pool and Spa with unforgettable mountain views. ⚠️POOL HEAT OR SPA heat FEES- EXTRA CHARGE DAILY FEE - please let me know 10 Min before wanting anything on. Do not touch the system . It’s remotely via phone handled to avoid it being left on all night ⚠️please note ⚠️ Pool heat and spa heat $125dollar charge during winter months Usually - (November 1st- March 31st) pool heat and spa heat we have to charge additional. We provide 5 lounge chairs and two pool loungers that float in water. Sometimes we provide floats if they are in good condition and sometimes, we don’t, so please bring your own just to be on the safe side. Either way the more the better LIVING ROOM Living room comes equipped with a 70 inch TV- Perfect for Game days, or just your favorite Netflix show- We offer two places for a nice DINING experience Outside and inside. We wanted to Make this experience unique-- so we added a large wooden table outside facing the Santa Rosa Mountains Garage- Starting September- it will be a Game room with, Arcade machines, video games, hockey table and much more We also provide a pop-a-shot, picnic table by the BBQ grill.
