Horrible!! I had booked 2 nights for our wedding night and 4 days before the reception called me to tell me that they "won't be able to honor my reservation!!!" due to last-minute work!!! I had nowhere to go! All the hotels were booked, all my service providers had appointments at this place! No professionalism! Run away!!!

A week before leaving for a weekend at this establishment, they called me to inform me that it would be under renovation for 10 to 15 days. I find it lamentable to collect a deposit (almost 200 euros), only to be told that the establishment would be closed. Don't tell me that the companies coming to carry out the renovation of this establishment made appointments a week before. I do not recommend it, it's lamentable!!!!!

I recommend it, relaxing place, perfect staff, very pretty and clean room. I will come back as a couple. Thank you for your little message upon arrival.

A lovely 2-night, 3-day stay in a quiet and relaxing environment. The setting is magnificent, the staff welcoming. The restaurant is very good.

Lodge that clearly does not deserve 4 stars. The building is of good quality: you can see that at the beginning, there was an investment but now, it's stinginess for everything. This goes from the low-end decor off-theme, to the maintenance work big fingers and even going as far as the cheap crackers in the mini fridge that we have to pay a fortune for!! The bathroom is gloomy with taps clogged by limescale that has turned brown, the tiles (wall) were not cleaned after the work (cement remains everywhere), the bottom of the "tub" of the outdoor shower is filled with silt (disgusting!) and the hot tub that is aging badly is a horror: dirty taps and injectors are clogged and when you activate them, brown deposits come out. We absolutely do not find the spirit of an African lodge apart from in the structure but without decoration to match, it is useless! €300 per night without breakfast (mediocre), we expected a certain standard even if it is not the most expensive bungalow. It is a 4 star and even during a busy period, this is unacceptable! We clearly need to invest in CLEAN (in every sense of the word), quality renovations and call on a decorator! The location is not everything! When we saw the public pool area with camping-style deckchairs, we should have understood 😅 Fortunately, the staff is warm and professional even though apparently they are regularly understaffed! We hope they are paid according to their personal investment! SPA and massages are top notch! Be careful not to push too hard at the end of a massage 😅 When you get ripped off for the room, you no longer want to give your money for anything. If I had to tell you everything, it would be even longer! Too bad we can't post photos!
